“I don't normally write reviews, but this pharmacy has gone above and beyond. Toward the end of my dog's life, I had his pain medication compounded here. He was a little Yorkie and had to have it specially made. The pharmacy called me when it was time for a refill and I told them that he had passed away. Within a few days, I received a handmade sympathy card with a little Yorkie on it. I don't even think they knew he was a Yorkie, so it was a sweet coincidence. I will be forever loyal to this pharmacy. Not to mention, they also had the best price in town for compounded meds (we know, we called everywhere). I'm so thankful for their kindness.”
“I do like shopping here for some items in bulk. Good way to save money, even though you do have to purchase a membership. I would advise going in the morning. They do get quite a crowd starting around lunch time.”

“I have to use CVS for my pharmacy because of my insurance. For years I used the one at Anderson Towne Center and was horrified at the horrible service I received from them. They were rude. They would screw up my orders. They would lie to me. They would put me on hold for over half an hour and they took for absolutely forever to get me my prescriptions. I switched to this CVS location and it was night and day. The people here are friendly, efficient and prompt.”
“The whole team is great .I love Bryan he always is sure you know what your taking and it's safe. So does the whole staff. I wish they had a drive thru. One of the best pharmacies I've used.”
“I mostly shop for groceries and their pickup service at the Alexandria store is very good. Their selection of foods has improved since I started shopping there maybe three years ago. Walmart now has more organic offerings but they could use more. An additional way to save is trying their brand, you may like it, if not do not buy it again.”
“I needed to get a prescription filled quickly. I called ahead to make sure they could get it filled before closing time. They gave me an estimated pickup time. They were able to get it filled and give me guidance on how best to use the prescription effectively. Very friendly and helpful staff.”

“When i went to the healthcare clinic today i was seen by Lisa Chapman and with her as my doctor today, i literally got the best and kindest person i could have asked for. She understood my issue immediately and helped me a GREAT DEAL when i told her i do not have insurance as i am not from the US. She did EVERYTHING to make sure it gets as cheap as possible for me and to make everything right. She did definitely not try to "sell" me any extra lab tests, additional medical costs or other. She did an amazing job, was very friendly and laid back. I am so thankful I met her and I would go to her ANY TIME again!! Can only recommend!!Also: appointment scheduling online was easy and quick, had no wait time at all and could pretty much walk right in after i signed in at the computer in at the front desk.”

“I was greated as soon I stepped in the door. The store was clean and stocked. The staff was friendly and very helpful assisting me in finding the products I needed. The cashiers were knowledgeable about where items could be found, prices of items, sale prices, coupons, and Walgreens Rewards. I was offered a credit card today but was not ready to add that to my collection yet. My overall visit to this store was wonderful and I will continue shopping here. Thanks!”

Store is always clean, stocked, friendly people and they have an in house meat cutter who provides some of the best meat selection and prices in the region. So much better experience than standing in the lines at the big box stores.”
