“Excellent experience at Fitch’s. My ford Fusion needed 4 new tires and an alignment… Randy recommended some Falkens, a brand I was personally unaware of… I initially gave him the green light to order the tires, but had second thoughts and told him I’d like to do a bit more research… Randy was super cool the entire time, open to any tire I wanted… needless to say, I ended up sticking with his recommendation. The tires look great, but more importantly, the car feels incredibly safe. Randy did a great job.
In 2021, I drove a Hyundai Genesis Coupe that had the power steering go out. I had no idea what was wrong with it, but took it straight to Randy at Fitchs auto repair without scheduling an appointment or anything (you’re supposed to schedule, I just didn’t know what to do)… Again, Randy was super cool, took my car in very quickly despite not having an appointment, and diagnosed the problem almost immediately. My Hyundai drove like new after Randy’s work as well.
Randy is an expert with absolutely anything car related. I highly recommend him to anyone in the area that may need anything done on their vehicle.”

“It's not often I get wowed by a tire shop. Ford was supposed to plug a tire on Wednesday August 28, 2024. They missed seeing 3 other nails in my front tire. Ended up flat at a campground and off the rim. So, today Saturday August 31st. Our buddy suggested Wilson tire. They had a tire that they threw on my spare rim and took my full size tire and put it in my good rim. Amazing service on a holiday weekend no less.”

“I just wanted to thank Tiffin Auto Mart for everything they did to help me get into a safe car. I went there last night with my car not knowing that on my way there I would break down 4 times and get pulled over by the state highway patrol. By the time I actually got to their dealership I was bawling my eyes out. The guys there did everything in their power to cheer me up and help me as quickly as possible and as best they could. Even when I didn't make it there until 40 minutes before they closed and my car died in their parking lot. They got me into a newer and safer car that is in my price range without hesitation.
