“A few weeks ago, my daughter was having trouble with the rear end of her 2010 Chevy Equinox. Since we live in Michigan and she goes to college in Tiffin, having a reliable and trustworthy repair shop nearby is really important to us.
I got ahold of Kirk at Tiffin Auto Repair, and he made the whole process incredibly easy. We were able to drop the vehicle off and leave the keys in the drop box. Kirk got it up on the hoist, diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts, and had it repaired exactly when he said he would — actually about half a day earlier than expected.
The price was very reasonable, and the communication throughout the process was excellent. What impressed me most was that Kirk treats your money like it’s his own. With an older vehicle, that’s exactly what you want — someone who is going to fix what needs fixing without trying to sell you things you don’t need.
We’re very thankful to have Kirk and Tiffin Auto Repair as a trusted resource while our daughter is away at college. Feasel’s did an outstanding job finding a replacement mirror and getting it installed in a very timely manner. The price of the repair was well under what I thought it was going to be. I highly recommend them for any auto body collision work that you need done.”

“We took our Chevy cruze into have them see where our car was leaking oil. It had been leaking for quite a while. They figured it by putting a dye in the oil. So smart! We came back and the mechanic found the problem and told us honestly what was wrong . We thought it was going to cost us an arm and a leg. But it didn't!!! Thank goodness! Love the atmosphere there.
