“Jason helped me with a repair in a pinch. My car overheated on my way to Wilmington (traveling from out of town). He answered his phone late in the evening and got my vehicle in 1st thing the next morning. I was on the road again by late afternoon. Great service at a fair price. “I'm very picky who I let work on my vehicles, and I trust Groves to do good work, especially with alignments. I've brought multiple cars in and never had any issues. I have had many problems (at other shops) in the past, either with bad work or being told a vehicle that I've replaced the whole front end myself personally needs $$$$$ worth of extra work. I just had 4 tires replaced and an alignment done on my rail buggy.... The tires are balanced well, it drives straight and the steering wheel is even set straight. I couldn't be happier!”
“The absolute best mechanic in Highland County, hands down. He's extremely transparent, he'll show you what's wrong and you can either order the parts yourself to fix it or he'll try to find them cheaper for you. He's usually very busy because of how reliable and trustworthy he is.
He and his brother do everything themselves, so you don't have to worry about your car being used as "practice" for "the new guy". I can't say it enough, Les and his brother are the best.”
“These are some of the most honest and professional people in the used car business I have interacted with. Yancy is amazing! I did have a small issue with the vehicle after purchase but they were very polite and quick to address it. Normally you'd be screwed without a warranty! The prices on Roger's vehicles are fair. I test drove many vehicles at other dealerships with comparable or lower prices but the cars always had undisclosed issues. Roger Williams gave me peace of mind with my purchase and I will definitely consider his dealership in the future when I'm back in the market for another car.”

“These guys did great to fit me in before we left for vacation. We thought we had front wheel bearing issues and I had purchased them myself and didn't have time to do it. These guys diagnosed the fronts were fine but 1 rear was bad. They also replaced 2 tires because a wear, getting us road worthy before vacation. Much appreciated their thoroughness and honesty.”
