Due to the extended negotiations with the insurance company the rental reimbursement on my insurance policy ran out. Pagani's stepped in and provided me with a free loaner car until my car was repaired. The repair work is top notch. I can't say enough about all of their friendly staff and high-quality work. “I started going to LCS Auto a few years ago. I went to a dealership and they told me that I have to replace to this and that and it was going to cost me several thousand dollars. They also do machining for engine components, I dropped my block and heads off for my mustang on a Monday and they already had it done by Wednesday!Very kind and helpful people who are super knowledgeable! I had never been to Goodin until yesterday, but when my son managed to break his blinker lever completely off in his VW Jetta, I knew I needed to see if they could help. We took the car into Larry yesterday and today it was fixed better than before. He spent a lot of time tracking down the replacement part and even went above and beyond to replace a burnt out bulb. “For parents who have a college student or College Students in general in Newark this is the place you’d want to send them to if they are in need of used or new tires. Our daughter was in desperate need of two front tires and since we live 2 hours away we were unable to be there to help her. I called this tire shop & words can’t express how helpful Tod was for our daughter. He at first didn’t have her tires but referred us to another shop, which I have to say is professional. But then he called me back saying he had found a tire she could use temporarily & order 2 new ones for a great price. I could keep going into further details about what else he had done for us but I will keep that to the heart. This is a great place to go to. Very personable & understanding. Took my car in to have them diagnose a fault code P0420 - Catalyst System.
I had reset the code prior to taking the car there. My scan tool indicated the code will be store permanently. Eric's did a thorough diagnosis and evaluation that included driving the car. End result was they could not find anything wrong and said my car was running perfect. Eric's did not charge me for their time to diagnose and evaluate my car. It has been several months since and all is fine. Thank you to the wonderful staff and giving me the confidence in my car. Support local! Definitely worth it!”
