“Only 5 classes in, but I already wish I would’ve joined sooner. It’s hard, humbling, and definitely pushes me out of my comfort zone, but that’s exactly what I needed. Everyone has been so welcoming and encouraging, and every class leaves me feeling accomplished. Excited to keep showing up and see where this journey takes me.”

“Great location and great equipment. Staff is nice, but some of the staff stand around a lot at the desk instead of walking around filling cleaning supplies and cleaning.”

“I absolutely cannot say enough great things about VO2! I'd never done kickboxing before but Sally (and everyone in class for that matter) was so welcoming and made me feel immediately comfortable. Flash forward 10 months and I have come to consider my membership at VO2 to be one of the best parts of my life. If you want to challenge yourself, your stamina, work out with awesome people and do wonders for your heart health, give VO2 a try!”

“Great staff and equipment. Clean facility. Highly recommended. Training sessions with Peter have been great. I’m a senior citizen with limited experience and he does a great job recommending appropriate exercises and weights.”

“It's the ONLY real gym in town. Just the equipment you need and the freedom to use it without some 20-something Tic-Toc-Jock or Instagirl complaining about how you're in the background of their video/selfie. I started with the monthly memberships but quickly switched to yearly once I realized this place is legit.”
