Underground Gym is a local fitness center that offers a great workout experience for its members. The gym is laid out well, featuring a fantastic smoothie and boba tea bar, multiple high-level treadmills with touchscreens and built-in fans, Concept 2 rowers, and a variety of cardio options. The weight area is moderate in size but packed with high-end machines, various bars, and free weights, including some restored machines from the "Arnold era" of bodybuilding. The gym has a friendly and courteous staff, and the members take pride in keeping the facility in working order. The highlight of the gym is the massive group fitness room at the back, which is mostly designed for their combat sports program. This room features wrestling mats, multiple heavy bags, speed bags, a 1/2 sized boxing ring, and offers striking classes (boxing & Muay Thai), as well as BJJ & wrestling. In addition to the combat sports program, the gym also offers a variety of group fitness classes, including boot camps, yoga, and Spartan Up. The overall environment is super chill, with a great selection of equipment and a relaxing workout experience. The recent remodel has further enhanced the gym's appeal, making it a peak local gym experience.
It's the ONLY real gym in town. Just the equipment you need and the freedom to use it without some 20-something Tic-Toc-Jock or Instagirl complaining about how you're in the background of their video/selfie. I started with the monthly memberships but quickly switched to yearly once I realized this place is legit.

This is where the ohio Itialian Stialion would train Place looks like an awsome ole school gym, boxing training area ect.

Has free weight and machines, as well as cardio options. The owner is a great guy. Definitely recommend trying
