Love Home Depot...went to Walmart for a few things for my new adventure and they didn't have two of the 4 items I wanted so guess where I went yup HOME DEPOT there the associate I delt with was courtesy and helpful he helped my find my items..thanks

I placed an order online, then they cancelled it stating out of stock. I called the pro desk, they said it was in and they would have it ready. I get there, it's not ready, and I had to wait around wasting time. Terrible service online and at the store.

Spent $500+ on preordered plywood only to have to track it down in the store ourselves and offered zero loading help. I should have ordered from Menards and had it delivered. It would have been cheaper

Do not order room delivery. The delivery teams are not prepared to carry up or down stairs and will tell you they’ll schedule another team to deliver, make you sign for delivery or carry the item back to the truck to re-deliver at an unknown date. I’m sure the 300 pound vanity is going to look great at my front door.

We prefer Home Depot’s paint department over all others because of their employees. We were there yesterday talking over color options to paint our deck, and Vanessa overheard and interrupted with questions. We are so glad she did!! She is a wealth of knowledge, and went above and beyond to inform us of all the steps necessary to paint the deck, even gave us some samples to make choosing colors easier. She also overheard us talking about painting the shutters, and told us about a certain kind of paint that works best with vinyl. WE LOVE VANESSA! If all employees were as good as she, the world would be a better place.

They suck, we put up a fence in our yard Order wood, they delivered everything some of the panels came damage Contacted customer service We had to take pictures of every piece Then we had to schedule for them to come pick up the wood, the guy comes at 5 o’clock in the morning. We miss them because who’s up at five in the morning So we called To see if he’ll come back out to us, he can’t have to reschedule. We rescheduled He comes back out on Monday. Well, not really back out. He calls us on Monday to ask us is it that same pile of wood that was piled up in the yard I can’t pick it up unless wood is bind together call the Home Depot store they’ll come out. So we have to reschedule again when we literally called him the first time he came out he seen the pile of wood could’ve told us then like hey before you reschedule make sure you contact Home Depot to come out and bind wood together with straps, but he just told us to reschedule so that Monday came around. He didn’t have to pick us up again. Then come find out they don’t come out to Bind the wood together So now they’re refusing to pick it up Shop at Lowe’s Home Depot sucks

I forgot to fill out my survey before it expired but wanted to give a shout out to Vanessa and Ray who were so incredibly helpful when I was looking for very specific paints. They were super knowledgeable and kind every time. (I was in multiple times over a couple of weeks)
