“We had a tire shipped to the store for pick up to save on shipping. The lady who runs the receiving department stopped what she was doing and looked everywhere for our delivered tire. She found it. She was so nice and friendly and smiled the entire time. I know its frustrating having to help customers when your busy. The cashier was super nice also!”
“Talk with the manager John on the phone to get help with a pick up order that was sent to the wrong place. We talked to him for about 5 min as he assessed the situation. After our initial call he told us he would make some calls to see what he could figure out. He called us back in 5 mins and told us he had taken care of our problem and got our orders moved to the correct store. He was very polite and worked very quickly to resolve our issue, his customer service is at a level all businesses should strive for thanks again John”
“I drove from over an hour away to purchase a trailer that the website said was in stock. The staff was extremely helpful in trying to locate another trailer for me. When that failed, I ended up purchasing a more expensive trailer than I came for. Not because they talked me into it, but because I wanted to support a store that gave such good customer service. All in all I ended up with a better trailer, and the store ended up with a customer that will return.”
