“This shipping store is great. The staff is great and they seem to know all the locals. I brought in over 50 big boxes and the provided me a cart to use. The also provided packing tape which was surprising. I went to a FedEx store in New Albany and they charged me for packing tape. I will definitely be back and recommend this place to others.”

“Our box of Christmas presents was expertly packed by a UPS employee at this location. We watched with amazement as she arranged our wrapped presents with precision and care in the box. She had the skills of a tetras master and managed to save us about $100 because she was able to maneuver the presents into a smaller size box. Very refreshing having this excellent level of service especially during a time when the store is obviously handling a major amount of business during the holiday season”
