“So ive had storage 3 other places prior to this place and I was really worried at first. However , I was shocked! Always helpful staff,no theft no weird characters living in units . Clean, plus, has clean bathrooms. Staff is awesome and very agreeable. My only complaint is that the back buildings have horrible lighting outside which is scary when your doing stuff when it gets dark at 6 pm. Management was great and i won't rent anywhere else !”
“Was very anxious about picking up the truck on a Sunday because I’m old and I’m always amazed when something on an app works like it’s supposed to. The pick up process and return were smooth as could be. Didn’t expect to have to take 8 pictures but it was fine.”
“The people were friendly and doing their best, but there was some difficulty getting the online check-in system to work. They had to photograph my ID four times before it "took". (I don't think it was their fault.) Also, we rented 6 moving blankets, but they were initially not provided; we almost drove off without them but remembered in time and asked for them. They quickly provided the blankets, but the thing is, we shouldn't have needed to ask, the blanket rental was on the reservation, they should have provided what we rented without needing to be reminded. Not a big deal, but a minor glitch.”

“Very friendly atmosphere by everyone. From the inside counter person while I was waiting and also the gentleman that installed my hitch and invoiced me. A rare find these days but very noticeable at this location.”
