“The back was dirty when I picked up the van, but it was no issue to sweep it out. The location was not my first choice, but the gentleman helping me was nice and quick to get me on my way. This is THE NICEST person I have dealt with in the past 6 months and this was my 3rd rental. I will use Tom's again!!”

“This location was the only one in a 30 mile radius that was willing to accommodate me right away. The U-Hauls in Newark/Pataskala were horrible and not even willing to try to help (telling me $500 deposit, and 6 day wait), so i called these guys. I got the truck within the hour, no deposit (just credit card on file), everything done over the phone/text, no problems. Clean truck, no issues otherwise. The guy on the phone was professional and I'll likely call this location next time too.”

She gave me all the information and details I needed before I got there. When I arrived, she remembered me and my needs. Again, so professional, polite, and very personable. She made the whole process from the first call to drop off an absolute breeze! 10/10 highly recommend!”
