This is the worse verizon store I have every been to. The worker Mike W(he wouldn’t give me his last name) was garbage. Lied to me about how much a plan would cost, charged me $150 to even open up a deal and then wouldn’t give me his bosses name or the owners so I could reach out!! Do not go here, go anywhere but this store. UPDATE: Victra has also done absolutely nothing to resolve this matter, emailing them is just a waste of time and they only post to try and save face. WORST STORE EVER!

I would give zero stars if I could. We spent an hour in the store for an online pickup. When it was time to get the phone we waited another 30 minutes watching the store clerk fumbling around on the computer. The clerk then proceeded to open our new iPhone peeled off the screen protector and fingered the screen of my daughters brand new phone. I have never had someone at a store open a brand new iPhone for me. He then activated the phone when we did not ask nor were we ready to activate it yet, leaving my daughter with her old phone deactivated. He was an inexperienced new employee who should have not been left to run the store alone and clearly needs more training. Also he was training a new employee during all of this which is concerning.

Every time I have gone to this location the employees have been very helpful and have worked patiently to resolve any issues. In particular I was in there on Friday, 3/29 less than an hour before closing when I had issues transferring to my new phone. There was 1 employee working and he was able to assist me and 2 other customers simultaneously. He was so patient and worked through several processes to get my phone up and running. I really appreciate the time and patience he took to work through my issue!

I visited this location for the first time recently to replace my phone because the screen shattered. I explained that I needed a replacement phone right away. Mike, the representative had my new phone programmed and ready to go in less than 30 minutes. I highly recommend this location for Verizon customers.

You have 2 choices: visit this store or punch yourself in the face. The punch yourself in the face option will leave you less annoyed and less frustrated. I ordered online and pick up in store. Just needed a phone handed to me. Phone was never available and my order was cancelled because I didn’t pick up the phone….. That was never there. Did they fix it? No no no just recommended I order online and have a nice Christmas. Kids working here seemed nice enough but go to an actual Verizon store and save the frustration. Or you know punch your self in the face.Update: went to actual Verizon store and had issue resolved and new phone in hand in less than 20 minutes. Save your sanity and go to the real deal and leave this knock off store In the dust.

Travis, the sales rep that assisted my wife and I, was very outgoing and helpful. He helped us with the addition of a new line of service as well as making adjustments to allow for a much more affordable bill. He also went through the process of offering us the new Verizon home internet box. Which in doing so, is going to allow us to cut our internet bill in half. Best service I have had at any store in a very long time.

Newark Verizon… I congratulate you for finding such an outstanding associate for your company location. The customer service was hands down world class. As a first time buyer this experience was delightful, and I couldn’t have asked for more. Genuinely. All of the questions I asked were answered fully, and I was highly impressed as well as satisfied with all the information I was given. I was truly shocked come to find out that this individual wasn’t even a manager of the building.. working with two clients at once and efficiently working through all of our questions, while running the whole store by herself… Autumn Thompson I thank you for making this process easy for me.
