“I’m not sure what all the negativity and complaints are about. I’ve been to this store several times and I’ve never had a problem. I’m not talking for a few things either, but around $100 or so. I have always been able to find everything and I have always had good customer service. If it is really that bad at this store for some, maybe you should stop whining and go somewhere else. No one is forced to come in here against your will. Life is full of choices, including the choice to come here and shop or choose not to.
I can’t stand when people complain about a place so bad, but keep coming back. Clearly it’s not changing to your liking so go elsewhere. If I go in somewhere and don’t like it, I don’t go back. Then if I do choose to go back, well that’s my choice and own fault.”
“The young lady working this past Sunday morning was exceptionally kind and very pleasant to all customers with greetings everyone that walked in and also was working hard Stocking shelves in between working at the counter. The store is like you have such good quality employee.”
“Great customer service. I was in town for a meeting (8/14 around 9am) and stopped at this location looking for some quick earrings. Because I totally forgot mine. It was a women on duty who was so kind. She literally went above and beyond even offering her earrings she had on. This was such a heart warming experience. Even her stopping what she was doing to show me what they had available in store because it looked as if she was the only one working. I did not catch her name but I wish many blessings on her...”
“Love Dollar Tree. Staff is always helpful n easy going. Holiday decorations by the ton n helium balloons for $1.25. Can't beat that since their at least $4.50-$6 anywhere else. Tons of parking to. Brittney n Randall are Freakin Awesome ??
I came back today n the store was a little cluttered n things scattered about but it would help if the family of 5 wouldn't pick up 50 things n put it in the next isles. If you pick it up n then don't want it.... PUT IT BACK PEOPLE. The staff shouldn't have to put your things back”

“Great selections at a great price! Store is usually very neat and clean. Cashiers and floor people always nice and friendly. Always a great experience at this location. Today i was disappointed I had to leave due to being disabled I couldn’t wait in the long slow moving line. Saw another person working on the floor they should have been opening another register.”
“Definitely more clean than the other ones I've been to. The only problem I've experienced here is how much of a rush they are in to get us out of the store before they close. I walked in and was immediately bombarded with the manager holding up 3 fingers and shouting "YOU HAVE THREE MINUTES LEFT PEOPLE, THREE MINUTES"”
“I think this is one of the better family dollars in the region. I moved into the neighborhood from 3 hours south and Cleveland was entirely new to me but this was a store I frequented during my 8 months up there and never had any problems or issues here. It has everything you could possibly need at such a store and the prices are pretty consistent with other Family Dollars. The wider neighborhood isn’t great. If you’re passing through and not familiar with it then I recommend keep on going until you’re in a better neighborhood but if your from the area or familiar with east Cleveland than this is a fairly decent Family Solar.”
“I luv my neighborhood Family Dollar! The manager Bob very friendly always working and makes sure to get people out of there as quickly as possible with the resources he's given. I don't know the new night time managers name but he also keep it friendly and is always workong”
“Being that this is the closest Dollar Tree in my area, I really do like how the staff works to maintain the store. It’s stocked and neat. Very friendly staff as well. There’s a manager there, I call her “Lenny”, she rocks! She’s Always working hard to make sure the store looks nice and that the customers are taken care of. “I absolutely love this Family Dollar! The Store Manager that took over has completely turned the store around. It use to be so cluttered and messy, that I didn't want to shop there anymore. I'm so glad I gave it another chance! I won't go in to shop at night though because the night manager is absolutely foul-mouthed and rude to the customers and her cashiers. I'm surprised that she still has a job! Other than that, the rest of the staff is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!”
“I didn’t catch the guys name but I forgot a bag because confusion of buy my kid candy with change. Twice this man came out to bring me the bags I forgot. The last time I was already on the road and the man ran out to bring my bag I’m am very appreciative of this young man and glad to see there are humans like this still around. “Due to the lack of employees in the recent past shelves were not stocked. But it's getting Much better...Here's a tip:::If you don't see what you want on the shelf, ask someone who works there, if they have it out back BC They Probably do. Employees are very nice and easy to talk to. Like I said before The store is looking better and being stocked. I am kind of bias tho' bc I shop there ALL THE TIME. I only gave 4 stars bc of the few empty shelves. Employees are very pleasant and are willing to help in any way.”

Again I love this location. One Day I came and they were closed before closing time. I hold nothing over them for that!!! I know nothing of what could have happen in their life! So if you need to close earlier DO IT!”
“The best DG, I have been to yet. They try to keep the store stocked. Employees are very friendly & helpful. Store is organized. Most of the prices are correct & if not they will correct them at the register. It's a shame you have to travel over 30mins to get good customer service. Most of the other stores are trashed with no products.”

“Would have gave them a five but I gave them a 4 because they had me sitting out there until 9: 45A.M. the sign say they open up at 10A.M.even someone else was sitting out there N thier car waiting, I,m thinking they open up at 10 the door was partially open,for the employees,I Asummed, so I decide to pull off & go on home then the person that was waiting in her car next to me got out & went in so I decided to back it up & go in,I ask them what time do they open & they say nine I don't think they should have false advertisement sign saying they open up at 10 & they don't. But that's how the black neighborhood stores are,”
“I shop at this Family Dollar regularly. Todays visit was the second time this week. The first time this week that I visited they had no candles (I buy several plain white candles each time I visit) but it was refilled by my visit today. They usually have what I am looking for. Sometimes the workers speak when I enter the store, sometimes they don't. It's clean and organized. What more can I ask for?”
“Time for my holiday crafts. I love that the dollar tree stores have a small selection of unpainted wood hanging decorations. I just wished that this Family Dollar/Dollar Tree store was more organized. I picked up a few wooden blocks thinking their gonna be $1.25 and they were $3. “Yes the sore is a mess, but it’s convenient usually have what you need good hours and A mixed you know, we knocked so many places because people being rude and being messy I think about the people that they are having to deal with. The staff are constantly catching people stealing, so they can’t do the important part of the job. they There jobs if they’re doing other things they shouldn’t be doing. They just did get new management so let’s give them a chance y’all”
