“Dr. Knapp and her team are an absolute treasure. They know my dog, they know me, they listen, they explain things, they never rush. They’re skilled, they’re smart, and they always put the animal first. When my pup needed surgery ASAP- twice- they made it happen without hesitation. Walking in here feels like visiting friends and teaming up with people who genuinely want the best for your pet—and have the know how to give them the best care possible. I’m so grateful to have this clinic close by and can’t thank y’all enough for taking such great care of my girl. ❤️?”
“Wow just wow !! I am new to the clinic I called looking for a vet and he got me in the same day !!! Elliot is super amazing !! He also made me a welcome bag and thought about my other dogs!! His Kind personality and his willingness to help made me decide to come to this vet . I was very pleased with the service that I got today !! Dr Lauren is super awesome !!!! She's very knowledgeable she even walked me through the whole back of the house and gave me a tour before she did the x-rays and the EEG on my dog !! She took her time and did not rush!! I can't say enough good things about my visit today thank you all !!!! I look forward to joining the family !!!”

“Dr Carol helped my 11 yr old Birman cat with pancreatitis . He had been having increasing severe diarrhea regardless of food changes and other vet treatments. I started looking for a vet who also practiced holistic medicine and found Dr Carol. After my cat had his first treatment he started to improve and actually had a firm bowel movement for the first time in years. He goes in regularly now for vitamin c injections and he is like a new cat. Loves to play now and gaining weight. Thank you Dr Carol.”
“First appt for my son’s Great Pyrenees 8 mo old puppy. Our son/puppy are in town from Cincy. Puppy had a health issue and TLC was able to fit him in their schedule today. We will continue to use TLC vet when our son’s puppy is visiting. Friend referred us to TLC and she was correct… fantastic vet & staff. Pleased with price for services and medication.”

Cannot say enough about him and also the office in general. They are always polite and work hard to assist you with whatever you need. Can’t give them enough stars. “Saturday morning, I came across a pigeon in downtown Cleveland with a broken wing. I called about 10 different places (animal rescues, animal rehab centers, etc) and no place was able to help. One place said they could help any bird BUT a pigeon and another place offered to euthanize the pigeon without even seeing him. I was finally recommended this veterinary hospital by someone at Lake Erie Nature and Science Center and called them. They were immediately so helpful and reassuring, and asked if I could bring the pigeon to them.
The entire process was quick and they offered to call me with updates! By the time we left, they had an incubator going and were already working with the bird. I was so grateful to have found them after spending about an hour calling places with no luck and no idea what else to do.”

They treated my Marley like their own up until his last day here with me and my family! “We have been going to this clinic for years now and they have always provided top notch care from wellness checks to emergencies to chronic issues (especially Addison’s Disease) to, unfortunately, end of life services. The doctors have always been amazing, as well as the nurses and vet techs. The animal caretakers also ensure the place is clean and the boarders are well taken care of. I have to give a special shoutout to the receptionists, especially Kim and Michaela who go above and beyond in not only taking care of their clients as we come through the door but also having to put up with some very nasty people who can’t conduct themselves as adults and resort to two-year-old temper tantrums because they can’t control themselves. The entire staff of Animal Clinic of Chardon has heart and truly cares about their mission. I highly recommend!”

“Have gone to ESH in Burton for many years. Third horse we have had there for different reasons. One needed surgery. One had to have eye removed. This one was on verge of colicing-- was able to get oil into her (our vet couldn't) and within 2 days she was home. Coliced after administering a wormer. Bill was reasonable as they did ultrasounds and blood work and some other things I was eager to have done. Dr. Molly Patton was great this visit. But I have also had great experiences with Dr. Nate McClellan and Dr. Melissa Milligan in the past. Techs are very friendly and when you call at 10:30pm and within 2 minutes-- you have a live conversation with a vet and are on the road within 20 minutes-- that can make all the difference in the world. Highly recommend.”
“Dr Anne Ball is amazing. kind compassionate and patient. she will not make you feel bad for wanting a holistic approach to feeding or medicating your pet. she will incorporate both traditional and holistic for the care of your pet and she will utilize email to communicate if you ask. i cant say enough wonderful things about her as well as the staff who are equally kind and compassionate.”
“Everyone is really great and very kind and patient which I find the most important. We actually go to Aurora location because that’s the best location we have found through Banfield so I hope that reminds people where to go not all of the chains are the ones you expect. And what I mean by that is I found a good Banfields in Aurora, but I was getting upset because of the other place and I won’t mention it because I’m not going to tell anyone down just wasn’t for us so we drive an hour when we take our animals, but they are awesome to our animals and they’re very sweet to us as well. God bless them all.”

“First visit today with our new Golden Retriever puppy. DR.Zalewski and staff were amazing, our puppy was never afraid, treated very gently, and didn't even notice when she was administered vaccines thanks to some cheese on the table. I'm on my third dog, and this has been the best vet experience I believe I've ever had. I can't stand the places that muzzle calm non-aggressive breeds. Thank you AVC, I look forward to bringing my pup here for her entire life.”

“We love going here and working with Jen. She has helped my senior dog so much since starting treatments in March. His movement is better and you can tell the instant relief he gets from the treatments. Not being in an animal hospital helps ease his anxiety that he normally has when we go to a regular style animal hospital.”
