“Outstanding. Truly. I'm currently still blown away by my experience with Kirk & Company. I inherited my grandmother's 1940s engagement ring from my father before he passed away, and it needed some serious help and restoration before I felt comfortable wearing it as my own wedding ring (resize, re-shank, broken prong, smashed in a spot, hadn't been cleaned since the 40s, etc). I really had no idea that it could look THIS beautiful. It's like a new ring! Even my husband was floored by how it looks now, and is beyond pleased. Everyone was very kind, laid back, not pretentious in any way, and I felt extremely comfortable there. Pricing was very, VERY fair, and it was ready an entire week earlier than was initially anticipated.

This 10 year old boy is really into WWII. His family went to France this summer and they put him in charge of WWII history. Spent the 4th of July on Normandy Beach. He read everything he could. They gave me advice on how/where to sell for the best price, they cleaned my jewelry, and they did not charge me anything! I was there for less than 30 minutes and received reliable information that would have taken me hours to search for on my own. They could have made $100 for my appointment, but instead they took the time out of their day to help me at no gain to themselves. Great company with outstanding service!”

“My first experience at Facet Jewelry & Pawn in Milford. I went in to see about getting a chain clasp repaired. Mike K. waited on me. He was the jewelry repair person. He was ever so kind and professional. I explained I was in need of the repair by Saturday as a gift for my grandson in Florida. He said he could get it done by Friday. Then went ahead and did it while I waited since it was just a soldier the ring closed repair. He did a wonderful job and even polished the chain for me.
