He answered all my questions and didn’t try to hurry me out since they were about to close. He threw me some extra deals and took the time to make sure everything I got was to my personal liking. “I’ve been going here for 2 years now, everyone is always so kind and willing to stand there and explain stuff to me. The one who stands out though is Mason, he is absolutely wonderful. One night after I got off of work(7:30), I went down bc my vape had burnt at the beginning of my shift and it was a horrible day. Mason was working, noticed I was upset and pulled out a stool. He told me that he was having a slow night and asked if I had the time to sit down and accompany him. Just to have a conversation. I ended up sitting there for 3 hours just talking about my day and cracking jokes. I had met and spoken to him before while shopping but this time just made me feel so much better, like my feelings mattered to him. 3 other customers came in over that time, and watching him take care of other customers is just amazing. He’s friendly with everyone, very professional, willing to offer other options if they don’t have something, and explains them in depth if asked. Mason is truly an amazing person and employee. 100% recommend this place and their people.”

I simply wanted to exchange the item but instead I had to contact the company whom sold the product myself. This is why I was kindly upset . “Today I went into the shop looking for something super specific and almost obsolete, devyn went COMPLETELY out of her way to try to help me. After leaving the store I realized I left my card somewhere and called 5 of the ten places we had been today, started to panic thinking someone may have stolen my card . And just as I was calling the sixth I got a text message from this wonderful angel informing me she found my lost card. “They keep the store very clean and it's big for a gas station/store. They have 2 of the tapes I love that I could only find here and 1 other gas station. Even vape shops didn't have them n I went to quite a few before I stopped to get gas omw to another vape store to look for em and found em here!!! So if ya vape they have a pretty big selection here. If ya don't vape, I apologize for wasting your time with this kinda long story bout em lol.”
“I've been buying Hot Rod Menthol Kings for 15+ years now. I've had issues with them not being glued properly, but not so much lately. The problem now is finding them!! The stores that I've dealt with over the years carried them, then poof! They can't get them anymore. For the store changing distributors or another, so then I start searching for a new one! I spent years researching tubes and tobacco combinations to come up with the taste of the big brand I was used to! But now I'm out searching for a place that carries them again! I've even went as far as to order them off eBay, but the cost is more than I can allow with my budget for now until something happens with this current economy! I just don't understand why the dealers can get all the Hot Rod styles, but not the menthol king's? I guess my search continues!”
