Quinton of the Akron store gave us a great introduction to Mattress Firm and education about mattresses. When back in our area we went to Niles outlet. Wendy did a great job handling multiple customers in the store at once. She guided us to the perfect mattress for us. She made us feel as though we got a fair and honest experience. During the completion of the paperwork we learned Wendy had previously worked for Mattress Firm in another state. She provided an example of how the company supported her during a difficult period in her life. (The example made us feel even better about our purchase).
