“Went to handyman today to get a flapper for my toilet and the 2 guys were very nice and helpful. I'm not sure what their names were I should have asked. The man who rang me out was very nice as well and he told me some added information about putting on my new flapper. I wish I new everyone's name because the customer service was A1 and I will definitely be back for all my home needs.”
“This hardware store is a time capsule! This is an old school hardware store also with hobby items like models and model trains. There is also old cars in the back of this store you can view. The best part is its locally owned and willing to help you find anything your looking for.”

“I went there for the first time, on a Sunday to get a few things. It didn't look like much when I pulled in. But it didn't take long to feel like a valued customer. The guy working there was very friendly and extremely helpful. The lady working the register was friendly too. I needed a couple other things later that day, and there was no question where I was going. They have a good selection of products. I would definitely recommend getting your hardware or whatever you need from there.”

“Really nice place with friendly staff. Originally went in there to replace our kitchen sink and Our salesman Bill helped redesign nearly our entire kitchen and guest bathroom for very cheap. We love our home and we love Bill.”
“Associates were very helpful and knowledgeable and helped me solve the problem I had (a lot better service than some unmentionable stores, ie:Lowes-- (spent over an hour in store needing to get a 2x4, associates just walked by like I wasn't there, walked back to the front and stood right in front of a manager for at least 25-30 (of the hour i was there), was never acknowledged (he stood and talked with 2 other associates), finally just said "the hell with this place" and walked out..Menards-- (spent at least 10 hours over 4 days in store with very very little associate interaction and no help) and last but not least.Home Depot-- spent between 45 minutes to an hour in store needing to find out about saw blades, had them call over the intercom for help 3 different times, no one came, finally an associate came over to help another customer, stopped her when she got done and 3 minutes later I was checking out.”

“We went to many other places and couldn't get what we were looking for. Even with having to drive over an hour to get to Menards the trip was worth it. We met Lucas in the appliance dept. He went above and beyond in helping us find the perfect washer. He was very knowledgeable on the products they sell and made us feel like family. “They seemed helpful and friendly , they just weren’t very knowledgeable. I came in looking for a heavy duty metal brush that’s made for a tool, unsure of the name but I showed them the picture off of my phone, in which they went and found the tool in the section, and then grabbed the brush they picked out , and showed me how to put it on (didn’t fully show as the brush was still in the package). Got home and it’s not even the right attachment, it’s made for a drill.”
