Plato's Closet in Niles offers a nice selection of clothes, with good options and some really cute items for good prices. The store is very clean, usually in good condition with nice organization, and smells nice. Many find the environment welcoming, with helpful and friendly associates who offer good service and information. However, some note the men's section is much smaller than women's, prices can be on the higher side, and experiences with staff vary. While some employees are not always the most welcoming and can seem unwelcoming, others are very helpful, making visits pleasant for shopping or selling items.
Love this place!! Always find such good deals, I love their purse selection 😊 Staff is always super kind and helpful! Definitely will come back.

The first time I went here I was extremely disappointed. I thought it was just another goodwill. Since then, its been a few years and I decided to come back. I was amazed by how much stuff there was. A great alternative to buying clothes online.
