“Came into this plato’s to sell my clothes and shop for the first time, and was very happy with my experience! The staff working was extremely helpful and explained the processing of selling my clothes. They have a really nice men’s clothes selection which was really nice to see. “I was in a few times to look at shoes I was only greeted by one employee and his name was Jayden, he was super cool and helped me find alternatives since they did not carry my shoe in store. Sad to hear from other employees that he was “Let Go” I’ve witnessed the store Manager talk down on employees in front of customers, if JD wants me to continue shopping there I think there needs to be a change in the Store Management. The only reason it’s a 5 star review is because the employee who helped me went above and beyond to meet my needs”
