“Just went in to exchange shoes to a smaller size. I did not have any problems doing so, I did have the receipt. Customer service was okay, nothing to brag about. I did not have to wait in a long line. I got right in and right out. The store looked clean.”
“The one older gentlemen that works there is amazing. He was so helpful finding my son new shoes. We always have trouble finding my son shoes because of how wide his feet are, and this gentlemen looked at my sons shoes, asked questions to find out what his feet issues are and managed to find my son the perfectly fit shoe on the first try. The prices were around the same prices as all the other shoe stores, just a better selection and more helpful workers! I'm disappointed in myself that I can't remember his name, but he is a gem and we will be back for more shoes soon!”

“Red wing definitely keeps up on their warranty’s that’s for sure had a pair of 300 some dollar boots rip and water was leaking in they replaced them and the insole I really appreciated it definitely recommend”
