“This post office is awesome. I was wondering why the huge line seemed to calm when I first went in. It turns out that they had no reason to be upset. You know how post offices tend to be overheated or cold or somehow both? Not this one. It was comfortable. There was one person at the counter, Ken, and he was fast, friendly, polite, and somehow made the transaction fun. It was the best post office experience ever.”
“I needed a passport and I was really nervous about the process. They were so great! Took my passport photo. I filled out the short application. Handed everything in and in 3 weeks I had a passport for the 1st time. They were so helpful”
“My letter carrier went completely above and beyond today and I want it known to all. I’m elderly and live alone. I was trying to get my trash to the curb and was slipping and sliding. A fall would be awful. He saw me and took charge, taking my trash bin all the way down my driveway!! I wish I would have gotten his name but he delivers on Churchill across from dollar general.
