“North Bend Total Automotive will treat you respectfully and honestly, and at a fair, reasonable price. Jim has been my mechanic for 20 years. If I'm considering a used car purchase, it has to get the seal of approval from Jim or Mark before I'll make a deal. NBTA has a night-drop box, so you can safely leave your car, keys, and instructions or request after business hours. These guys are full service, and can tackle almost anything outside of wheel alignments. If they don't or can't do it, Jim or Mark can usually point you to a professional who can and will. *Having a mechanic(s) that you trust and believe in is priceless. I trust and believe in North Bend Total Automotive!”

Mike could have easily sold me parts I didn't need but told me the problem I had was actually because my oil was empty (embarrassing, I know).I feel that everytime I have brought a car here they have been honest about what NEEDED to be fixed, and still let me know what should probably be taken care of, with no salesman type pressure.”

“Took my daughter's Volkswagen Tiguan in to have the Intake Manifold replaced. I got estimates from 3 separate mechanics and thought the cost was high, I was advised to call Eleven Motorsports and ended up taking her car to them. I was never more pleased with the service we got. The owner was very pleasant, it only took about 4 hours to complete and the cost was literally 1/2 the cost of the lowest estimate I got from the other 3 mechanics. He also gave her a 2 year warranty. I'm more than pleased and highly recommend Eleven Motorsports 😃 They definitely will have my continued business ❤”

“The smoothest and most reasonable car repair experience I’ve ever experienced. I dropped it off my car Thursday night & put the key in the drop box. It was finished the next day and by far one of those reasonably priced repairs I’ve ever done. It was about 35-40 min from my house and already planning to bring more of my vehicles back soon. Never met Paul but he was so friendly and great customer service.”
