“I would and have recommend Ulmers in Florence KY to my family and close friends. They were very kind and didn't hesitate to explain in detail what was wrong with my car and what was needed to repair my car. I asked a lot of questions because I am not sure what was going on. They made a promise to me that they would do everything possible to make sure my car is running great and safe. I feel very comfortable with the outcome. I drive over 2 hour to have Ulmers work on my car. My son now takes his vehicle's to Ulmers after seeing how well they treated his mom.”

“Recently a basement window was broken at my home. My wife suggested that I contact Jack's Glass for a repair. I had incorrectly assumed they only did car window/windshield repairs! I could not be more pleased with the quality of the repair or my technician. Bob S. was kind, considerate, helpful, careful and took his time. Bob did the job so well, it is like it never even happened, even though the repair required a bit more work than expected. It DOES NOT get any better than this! If you need home or auto glass repair, do yourself a favor and contact Jack's Glass in Elsmere- you'll be glad you did.”

Told me I can come out Friday afternoon or Monday morning they get it taken care of. I came in Monday morning they put it taken care of right away. We took our vehicle for routine oil change and pre road trip checkup. The mechanic found a coolant leak. They worked us in two days later (as we were leaving for a vacation) replaced the water pump and hoses. We greatly appreciated this accommodation saving us potential problems on our trip.”

We ended up not doing the repair due to the age of the vehicle. They didn't charge us for their time and were able to give us the feedback quickly! Would definitely recommend”
