“I had a small scratch on the bumper of my new truck and stopped by Stonewall Collision & Auto Painting to get a quote. Instead of immediately trying to sell me a repair, they actually advised me to wait until the bumper has a few more scratches or chips before repainting it. They explained that it would save me money in the long run rather than repainting it now and potentially having to do it again later.
It’s rare to find a business willing to turn down money just to do what’s right for the customer. I really appreciated their honesty and straightforward advice. That kind of integrity goes a long way, and they’ve definitely earned my future business.”

“I have read some of the negative reviews and I am a repeat customer. The owners and staff have ALWAYS been helpful with unloading my vehicle, and always transparent with pricing. The market prices goes up and down all the time. One can not blame them for that. Would be like giving a bad review to gas station because prices went up. Sometimes unreasonable people have unreasonable expectations and just take it out on the world. This business treats everyone fairly as I have now been there over 100 times and not once did I ever see a customer get mistreated. 5 stars, keep up the great customer service.”

“I was visiting the North Canton area for the holiday weekend and ended up having a hole in a tire on my vehicle. Because it was a holiday on a weekend I didn't have high expectations of finding somebody that could service my tire in that moment. I stopped here anyway because it said the auto center was open and not only did they fix my tire but they didn't a very timely fashion and pointed out the damage to my tire before they did the work. All in all they gave great service and made the new tire work just like the old with no balance issues. Just a smooth ride! I was very appreciative of their Auto & tire team! They were very nice and knowledgeable!”
