Fifth Third has been my go-to bank since high school, thanks to their convenient ATM presence at my university. ??
Ronna, my banker, has been a lifesaver—always kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Even when I’m distressed, she explains everything in a way that brings peace of mind. ?? All the tellers are long-time staff, and I always feel welcomed by Roma and the others. ??
However, my only gripe is with phone support, which is often outsourced to India. While some specialists are helpful, others can be difficult to understand or unprofessional. ?? Thankfully, Ronna and I can usually work around it to find solutions.
This year, I’ve faced credit card debt and overdraft for the first time, and the automated calls from overseas have been a real struggle. The constant harassment feels frustrating and devaluing. ?? especially after being OFFERED to file a cease and desist by my banker. RONNA REMOVED MY PHONE NUMBER FROM THE SYSTEM AND "MITCH" A FEMALE CALL CENTER WORKER STILL BURST THROUGH AND ROBBED ME OF SLEEP I DESPERATELY NEED AND SELDOM FIND WITH MY HEALTY CONDITION.
Despite this, I still recommend Fifth Third, as they’ve always been good to me otherwise! ?

“If I would’ve rated them based on my first visit it would’ve been a NEGATIVE! But since I was provided PROFESSIONAL customer service by Susan slicker I must rate 5 stars. She did all the checks necessary to provide safety to my account for big withdrawals. I must give you a synopsis on my first experience with Brian. I came in. I asked for a large amount. He said, “this isn’t like on the movies”. I gave him the ok to give me what he could give me. He returned to the table and tossed the money in an envelope ✉️ on the table and walked away. So I said okay I guess I’ll count it. He was very unprofessional. Even at this visit he was loudly huffing and puffing in the corner. But let’s not take the attention off of the true star ? in this situation and that is Susan. I was apprehensive ? about coming back but she eased my fear of being treated like a worthless human being. Thank you Susan!!!”

One of the things I like most about Farmer's is that it's a local bank.Although they may be a smaller bank group, they make up for that with friendly and outstanding customer service.Whenever I have an issue, or need assistance, Ms. Atkinson handles my needs very quickly and efficiently. And she is happy to do it! Although I know she has many customers, she makes me feel like I am her top priority. She goes above and beyond to take care of my needs, and is a huge asset to the bank.I highly recommend this business!!”
“This organization is professional, responsive, and helpful. You actually get a pleasant, live, articulate person when you call, without jumping through any hoops. I initially spoke with Danielle, who was very kind, and went out of her way to help me arrange for a service I needed, even though I did not have an account with them. I could not get a live person or a returned phone call at any of the Huntington branches, where I have held multiple accounts for over 35 years, which is why a called CSB. Serena and Tiffany were also super pleasant and helpful, and took care of what I needed that day. I will soon be moving all of my accounts from Huntington to CSB. They clearly understand and care about customer service.”

“Chelsea Durant was our banker, who welcomed my husband and I to Chase earlier this month. She fit us right in (without an appointment) to open up multiple accounts and went above & beyond with her customer service. Chelsea went out of her way to help us newlyweds figure everything out and answered all of our questions, without hesitation. She even called us a couple weeks later to check in on us, verify that we got our new cards in the mail, and ensure that everything was working properly. Thank you Chelsea!!!”
