“Early in the year, the sales floor at our BAM at North Canton, Ohio was all different. I was a little frustrated, to say the least. But as February and March came and went I found out the whole effort was to enlarge their inventory of books!

Since 2020, the inventory did not fare well. But finally, the inventory and stock of books went back to levels seen before the pandemic! I was thrilled.

Finally, the technology section was three sections of bookcases and the author/writing materials went to two bookcase sections. And they put that section right off the main aisle where it was super accessible. Their competition is in the rear view mirror and BAM is back!

I am more than happy with BAM and wanted to give a great review.”

“Huge selection of books, very friendly workers, tons of fun to look around. Very glad this location opened up.

Only complaint is that some areas are very tight squeezes - hard to get around other shoppers or not be in the way myself. Could maybe do with a little bit of reorganization for some displays to not be quite so squeezed-together.”
