“My mom’s phone just randomly stopped powering on. I was googling some repair shops and this one caught my eye especially with the reviews. I drove a little out of my way based on reviews to get the best service I could. When I arrived they were super nice and very honest. They tried a new battery but it happened to be the mother board which would be better off to replace the phone instead of the price for the mother board and Jermaine if I spelled his name incorrectly I apologize but he was phonomenal and very up front and honest. I was there around an hour or so and after the diagnosis and after trying the new battery he did not charge me and was happy to tell me the honest truth about the diagnosis. I definitely appreciate the honesty and I definitely believe they go above and beyond to help their customers! I am very pleased with the service! Thank you for being so honest and up front. I recommend this Jermaine and his services to anyone and I’ll definitely be a repeat customer with any future repairs needed.”
