“I walked in not knowing a thing about what’s new with tvs since I haven’t shopped for one in like 10 years. A young man named Omar approached me and was one of the most professional and kind person I have ever spoken to in a store. He broke down the ins and outs for me and asked me questions that I had no idea were important but in fact it helped me understand so much more. He got the guys out to my house and they hooked up all the surround sound he recommended and the new 83” and it was truly the best experience I could’ve had.”

I was waiting in the store to be helped for an extended period of time and even though she was not assigned to be the one to help me she came over and made sure that what I needed got done. She was extremely polite and funny, she was also very knowledgeable about the items that they sell. After being helped by her, I will for sure return to this Apple Store at Summit Mall.”
