“This is the guy for the job. I live outside of Cleveland and I needed to optimize my tv reception. Terry is very detailed oriented and receptive when you speak to him about your needs. Also he is prompt in returning your phone calls. He possesses excellent communication along with the ability and competency to meet my tv reception expectations. He is also flexible to schedule the job when it works best for you. He arrived at the stated time and stayed to ensure that I received the 20 plus extra channels I was not getting before. I have since added a few more. Unfortunately I can only give a five star maximum rating. This does not do justice for the quality of service that I received.”

“Very good service. Good decent quality furniture. Paid off my payment fully of 2 years and they were very understanding about my payment plan with doing monthly payments instead of bi-weekly. I will definitely rent from them again in the future.”

“I walked in not knowing a thing about what’s new with tvs since I haven’t shopped for one in like 10 years. A young man named Omar approached me and was one of the most professional and kind person I have ever spoken to in a store. He broke down the ins and outs for me and asked me questions that I had no idea were important but in fact it helped me understand so much more. He got the guys out to my house and they hooked up all the surround sound he recommended and the new 83” and it was truly the best experience I could’ve had.”

“Great store and sale prices can be very good. The salesperson we dealt with didn't seem to have quite enough knowledge to help us with a price match question”

“My wife and I had a great experience at Apple Summit Mall. We purchased two Apple Watches and worked with several people. For my wife’s watch on Friday, Justice did a fantastic job helping her get her new one set up and cellular moved over from the trade. Kevin at the Genius Bar helped with a watch band and set us up to get it replaced on Saturday with apple care. We came back Saturday and Colin helped us get my watch picked up and called Tim to help get the watch band from Friday night swapped out. Tim was absolutely fantastic. He came over and helped to get the watch band swapped out and we were on our way. Thanks Tim! We will definitely be back in the future.”
