F.I.T. Co. Gym is a large, private training facility with a great and welcoming environment, offering a home away from home. It is considered by many the best gym in the area, providing an old school gym vibe. The facility boasts an excellent and wide variety of equipment, including Olympic lifting platforms, free weights, machines, turf, and powerlifting equipment, with so much to choose from. There is plenty of space and it is always clean. The owner takes great pride in the gym, is amazing, and is always looking to improve the space or add unique equipment. It offers a good mix of functional fitness with traditional gear, along with a varied range of class options. Members and trainers enjoy 24-hour access, and it is a great place with many familiar faces.
Great Box Gym! Great price (I am one of the many who became a member at the beginning & stayed). Everyone is cordial if interacting, and respectful if you need to keep your head down and knock out your workout. Location is convenient, and parking ample. The owner is easy to work with. Overall fine gym, some equipment needs uptaking and they could definitely benefit getting a janitor, my boyfriend likes that its open 24/7 which is nice. Not bad just needs cleaned more.
