Absolutely the worst delivery drivers ever package are never on time constantly delayed or just never show up I have called them many times just to be able to get my package after a week of it being delayed one time it was delayed then I got a notification it was delivered I checked and no package look on the app and they delivered to the dollar general 1 mile from my house the most laziest people ever

By far the worse place to ever deliver a package! They keep scanning my package for delivery but never delivering it I’m about to call the police and file theft report !!!

I would like to express my gratitude for one of your delivery drivers. His name is Taj Prestwood, he is a super star! He is strong, helpful, thorough, intelligent and friendly! My staff and I admire him and are so thankful for his hard-working attitude and efficiency. I own Healthy Heart in Alliance, Ohio and we are so happy to see Taj on a weekly basis as he delivers are vital inventory. Thank you, Taj!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. The north Canton Ohio plant must hire the absolute laziest carriers ever. I work for the Post office and if we were this terrible, we would be fired. I have complained NUMEROUS times online, filed several claims, and still get the same service and sometimes no response. My carrier would deliver to my door because I live in an upstairs apartment. Instead they deliver at the garages where everyone can see. My last 3 deliveries have been beside a garbage can (which someone threw my package away because it was sitting there like someone missed the can and it was trash day. So I didn't make it home in time. This said trash can is also by a man door with no know, only a dead bolt lock.... This is not a residents door. I mean how pathetic can you be.... you choose your job, so do it!!! Quit being lazy bcaz you don't wanna walk up stairs! ! It's also frustrating I cannot for the life of me find a direct phone number for the North Canton plant..
This is why I love the unites States Postal Service. If you have a problem, you get right to the person you need and they do everything they can to resolve it. Fedex has all these hoops to jump through and you still can't get a person to fix the issue. PATHETIC!

Zero stars all around!! Every time a package is shipped fed ex, I cringe. I order my pets food from chewy, every single time it gets delayed, and delayed, and sometimes it never shows up. Chewy has replaced countless orders because of non delivery or damaged boxes. I can't believe they still use this worthless company. I ordered on the 22nd, was supposed to be delivered the 24th, on the 27th I contacted the company, they sent out a replacement. It was scheduled for delivery today, the 30th. Guess what.. IT'S DELAYED... I will never use Fed ex if I have a choice, because I'm FED UP!

My package has been out for delivery TWICE & has been delayed both times. Estimated 10am-2pm both days, then never shows up. This isn’t the first time this has happened to me. I’ve been promised 2 day shipping; however, once it gets to this location, it takes 3 delays before you get your package. How frustrating!? So much for the 2 day shipping. What’s the hold up???

Package was suppose to be delivered sat by Adam. He never showed. Then on another truck to be delivered by Matthew Monday. Called twice and was assured it would be delived by 8 pm. They had 10 min while I was on the phone with fedex. They never showed. So where is my package.

I would give zero stars if I could. I had a package out for delivery and received a photo of the drop off. It definitely wasn't at my door. I called to let them know and I was asked if I went out looking in the neighborhood for my package. I wasn't under the impression that I had to do their job for them. They supposedly opened a case and it's been days with no response. No way of contacting the local office. It's ridiculous that these delivery drivers can't read addresses and do their jobs correctly. I'm sure if I had a job and messed up like they do, I wouldn't keep my job long.

If there was a negative stars option, that would be my selection! This location is AWFUL and the fact there’s no local contact or representative is ridiculous… my pregnant wife and I ordered a mattress being delivered through FedEx, our old one had completely broken, so we’re depending on this coming quickly… or at least ON TIME! 4 days in a row now it has said “Out For delivery James has your package” or Zackery; not sure if it’s just lazy workers or what, but 8PM rolls around and no package in sight! So I call the robot and finally make my way through to a person, and they say the same thing “we’re very sorry we promise it will be delivered tomorrow, and we guarantee it, I will put in a rush order now” then… repeat, repeat, repeat… so awful and I am sincerely sorry for anyone else reading this and relating to it!

Delivered two packages (separate shipments) to the wrong address. Took a picture of someone else's door with my packages in front of it and then sent it to me as proof of delivery. There is zero customer help, care, or service. Now I'm out 2 separate Christmas presents for Christmas. I will never allow another package to be delivered by this careless group of idiots. Thanks for nothing. I'll be leaving reviews everywhere possible and will continue calling until I get an answer as to why and where my packages are.
