“Kevin and Justin at this store are fantastic!! Came in the other night for a bag of dog food and ended up leaving with a cart full because of how they treated me respect and made me laugh ?”
“We had to get some paint mixed and the gentleman in the paint department was helpful and attentive. One thing that we dislike is that they have eliminated all of the cashiers except for one in the lumber yard. The lack of human service is disappointing. We certainly are capable of scanning our own items, but it's still nice to see someone willing to assist with your purchases and thanking you for what you just paid money for. Bring back the people!”

“I shop this store regularly, and I love it! So does my husband. They are helpful and almost always have what I need and I can find it easily or get the help I need. Some items found at True Value you can’t find at the mega stores and you’ll never get service like this at the mega stores. I have not noticed their prices are excessive, and I am in and out quickly (my time is worth something!). I am so glad to have them in the neighborhood, and I hope they never go away!”
