My biggest issue is no one ever returns calls to set appointments. I can’t run into the bank just to ask for an appointment then have to come back later for the appointment. That’s not great customer service and that’s happened more thank once.

Not sure how people can give negative reviews to this branch. They have always been great and handled everything. I think very many people are very difficult to please. There are times when certain issues are unavoidable and somehow the people working here get docked for something that may not even be their fault ?
