I purchased a item and when realized was not put in my bag I immediately went back in store and they didn't believe me so they checked their camera's and a employee took it home with them. Management refunded my money but no real apology from them for wasting my time. Not impressed I won't go back...”

“Great selection of hard to find items. Awesome book selection. Great place to purchase outdoor items, shop lights, pet supplies, shelving etc. A few items should be marked down considering other retail giants can undercut these warehouse discount prices at Ollie's. Items like window blinds, ceiling fans and paint could be marked down permanently and not during flyer sales. This store is clean and well stocked. The store in Cuyahoga Falls could use some work.”
“Huge selection. Most items are cheap in quality. I wished they offered more quality items and increased the price range to fit everyone's needs. Great lamp selection. Rugs were challenging as they were rolled up in plastic so it was hard to locate the actual rug hanging at the end of each aisle to get an idea of the quality and full design. It became too overwhelming that I gave up looking for runner and entryway rugs. Plants and pillows were cheap looking. Wall Art did not offer the modern or abstract artwork I was looking for. Great window treatment selection. Wonderful holiday selection! All in all, At Home is a great store. Just know that some items are cheap looking but so is the price.”
