“I’m leaving this review before I go pick up my purchase so the overall rating could change. But this 5 star review reflects the process of going into the store and purchasing. First off we were met by an associate by the door named Stephanie. (She was amazing). Very polite and very helpful. They don’t follow you around the store and make you feel pressured while shopping. But they are available for any questions when needed. She answered all questions we had and made the process so smooth. This experience def makes me wanna go back for future furniture purchases! I would go back and seek for Stephanie’s help in particular because of how great she was.”
“Pretty expensive most of the stuff, but it is really nice stuff. You don’t see everywhere you go. there are clearance areas where the prices are very cheap and well worth it. They have candy from all kinds of places and really fancy tea and coffees reasonably priced. The workers were very friendly. It had a nice atmosphere. I will definitely be returning.”
“Huge selection. Most items are cheap in quality. I wished they offered more quality items and increased the price range to fit everyone's needs. Great lamp selection. Rugs were challenging as they were rolled up in plastic so it was hard to locate the actual rug hanging at the end of each aisle to get an idea of the quality and full design. It became too overwhelming that I gave up looking for runner and entryway rugs. Plants and pillows were cheap looking. Wall Art did not offer the modern or abstract artwork I was looking for. Great window treatment selection. Wonderful holiday selection! All in all, At Home is a great store. Just know that some items are cheap looking but so is the price.”

“I want to share how happy I am with Kirkland’s and the people that work for this store. Andrea at the Perrysburg location in Ohio and the District Manager went above and beyond to assist me. I fell in love with a painting that Kirklands sold out of. The Perrysburg store was the only location in Ohio that had 1 left and I live 2 1/2 hours away from there. Andrea and the District Manager went all out to ensure I would get this painting!! I am so appreciative of this and can’t thank them enough!! I’ve never experienced this level of customer service before and am thrilled!! Thanks so much!! :)”

“From the moment I walked until I checked out, I had the BEST experience ever! Jill and Kris greeted me and after walking around not sure what I actually wanted, one of the girls, previously mentioned, came over and helped me decide which tree was suited for my needs! Absolutely love the light blue spruce color and size!! At check out, they both were very helpful explaining to me all I needed to know about the tree and a few plants that I was purchasing, then offered a “surprise discount”. The shock of my life, I pulled out a 20% discount and was delighted w my luck and exceptional help! Thank You Petitti’s!”
“Nice target in a nice atmosphere shopping center next to cinema's at the giant eagle and Walmart so it's a good area they have good prices good selection on merchandise I suggest you stop by and try it out”
“This store is well organized despite it being very busy in the evenings and weekends. Customer service is pretty good and there are usually pretty good deals. The nice part about it is the grocery section, as it's more expansive than ice seen at other locations.”
“Carrie Kirkbride came through for us AGAIN! We visited Levin (just looking) for living room furniture and left with a complete set of custom furnishings that we are so excited to receive soon. We shared our ideas with Carrie and she listened and gave us valuable feedback and advice. She selected fabrics and items to suit our desires, style and design. We kind of knew what we were after, but we needed someone with solid experience to guide us and Carrie was just the person for the job.
