Firstly - you don’t get customer service like Cheyenne anymore. She always has a big smile on her face, is prompt and remembers your name! If customer service is important to you - look no further.

7211 Wales Ave NW, North CantonI am extremely grateful to Dr Fisher for helping my dog. She was only 1 year old with urinary incontinence. She was diagnosed by ultrasound to have congenital small kidneys. After visits to internal medicine consults there was nothing to offer other than a couple of meds that may help incontinence but had horrible side effects.I asked about diet to help protect her kidneys and was told only that there were prescribed foods when her kidneys fail. Nothing proactive. Also learning her incontinence could be unrelated to kidneys and maybe due to lack of hormones due to early spaying. Common to have happen. After exhaustive internet searching to educate myself to find options to help her I found Dr Fisher. With her guidance and holistic treatments and diet changes, I am thrilled to say my dog is doing well. Blood and urine tests are great and no further incontinence at this time. I wanted to give my dog the best quality and chance in life, so I am grateful of her outcomes.

7786 Freedom Ave NW, North CantonMy dad takes his beloved miniature schnauzer, Darcy, to Tails Inn while traveling. The other day, Dad was unexpectedly hospitalized and Tails Inn accepted Darcy on short notice (same day, as soon as a relative called). This gave all us great peace of mind. Dad was anxious to get Darcy back to the house as soon as possible and so I went to retrieve him while Dad was still hospitalized. The staff was welcoming and helped me orient to Darcy and his belongings. They seemed genuinely concerned about Dad and extended their wishes for a quick recovery. I was so touched! Our family is so grateful. Thank you!

The spuds, the sandwiches, the sides - all of it is very good. Special thanks to the staff as well who have always been kind and attentive. So glad we have a McAlister's in our community. I'd highly recommend this place to...well...anyone who eats food.
