Second time in a month I had problems getting my packages from these idiots. The first time they had it in their facility for 4 days when I live 45 minutes away. This time they tried to deliver it to an address in North Jackson. I wish there could be a ZERO star review.

Fedex drivers do not know the difference between steps & a front door!! Tried to call him back to put the large box by the door. He heard me, but keep driving!!!! I wish I had his nsme!!

Terrible, II filled a complaint with FedEx about this location and I encourage everyone else to also. They didn’t even attempt to deliver my package, just sat in the drive and then left had to run them down with my car to get my order
