One specific FedEx driver consistently leaves packages 1/3rd to 1/4 mile away from front door, on a 1/2-mile-long driveway. In the woodline, etc. which means items may or may not be found &/or get ravaged by wildlife in the interim. This particular driver always claims on their report that 'it was left at front door" or "by garage". This has been going on for about a year. I've recently made complaints, asked that a different driver be sent to the North Jackson OH FedEx location with no resolution.
I'm sending the most recent delivery (via Walmart), which was left 1/2 way up my driveway. Clearly the driver heard of my complaint is passive aggressive.
Merchants/shippers contract with and rely on FedEx to ship their products with the expectation that goods will arrive at their destination successfully intact. This kind of crap by this FedEx driver violates that merchant's contract with the merchant/shipper, let alone receiver.

I was expecting a package that required my signature. I waited at home all day only to get an attempted delivery tag on my door. The lazy driver never knocked or attempted delivery, for some unknown reason they will attempt a second delivery in 48 hours🤬. So now I must drive to the FedEx location and pick up my package since I will not be at home in 48 hours

DO NOT USE FED EX UNLESS YOU HAVE A WEEK OR TWO TO WAIT FOR YOUR PACKAGE TO BE RETRIEVED AFTER THEY DELIVER IT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS…THEIR DELIVERY DRIVER HAS ZERO REGARDS FOR FED EX CUSTOMERS AND DELIVERS PACKAGES WHEREVER THEY PLEASE TO DO SO. I WOULD GIVE THIS ZERO STARS IF I COULD. FED EX GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER. THIS IS A COMMON OCCURRENCE FOR MY TOWN SO ITS ONE SPECIFIC DRIVER WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!!

They said attempted to deliver package. First, we were home all and we have multiple cameras. I paid for next day and it’s been 5 days. Still no package, tracking continues to say delayed.

Two days in a row they claim they couldn’t find my house that has my address large on the outside and I received my packages from boardman FedEx with zero issues. They sent my things back to the seller

I literally had to chase The FedEx truck through my neighborhood because they gave me somebody else’s package and had mine in the truck. Thankfully, the driver was super nice about it and thanked me for not going off on him. But now I have a check coming through FedEx from my 401(k) and it’s SUPPOSED to be priority overnight delivery. They say it’s gonna be here at 12pm, but the status says it’s not even on its way. Why tf pay $30 to get something overnight if I’m not getting it the next day!!!!!!’ And it’s Monday so it’s not like it’s a weekend. I’ve had too many problems with this company. I’m over it.

Driver lied about attempting to deliver package. Used old photo from 1st that did not match weather of the day of delivery and I watched truck drive by my house without stopping. When I called to report this i was told they were sorry they missed me and I could drive to their warehouse to pick it up between 6pm and 7pm. Drove 45 minutes to the warehouse and they have a sign that says pickup hrs end at 6pm. Rang buzzer anyways because that's when I was told to be there and guy watching door stood up looked at me and sat back down and ignored me. Back customer service and back company. Fully expect package to be damaged when I finally recive it.

I had to pick up my package because the driver was afraid of my dogs. I explained that the dogs have invisible fence and they couldn't reach him. Said they would reattempt. No phone call no reattempt, just come pick up your package 😡

One would think a companies goal is to complete their jobs on time but I guess with FedEx it’s completely ok to give people a 2 full day window for delivery at the beginning of the week even though people have jobs and lives. How am I supposed to wait for a package from 9am to 8pm on a Monday. Company is completely useless, you’d probably have a better chance at guessing when one of their planes are gonna fall out of the sky than when your package arrives.

I don't know where to begin with these people. I didn't have a choice the shipper choose these clowns if I had my choice I would of chose UPS.Im a truck driver and I would never recommend using fed ex ground for anything. These clowns are all sub contractors

Tired of the b.s. with these drivers, I've explained to multiple drivers that no one is home until a certain time, left notes for drivers, have given permission to sign, etc. I have cameras up for a reason and delivery is supposed to be up until 8pm. If I leave a note saying to leave package at the door there is a reason for that. FedEx advertises evening (up to 8pm) and weekend delivery, coming back the next business day doesn't change anything. FedEx drivers aren't the only people with jobs, if you can't deliver when FedEx advertises then leave the package if the customer gives permission. It's really that simple. Driver "attempted delivery" 10 minutes before I got home. 10 minutes!

The people working in this facility are absolutely fantastic and make every attempt to do the right thing and to provide every customer with exceptional service. Everyone with the exception of one manager Dean Sahli. So let's continue the story about the harassment and and destruction of Guinn Transports. I find out that Shelly and her ex husband previously owned the contract for this area together. Her ex-husband happened to be the best friend of Dean Sahli. Upon the termination of their marriage she wanted to continue to operate the business but apparently Dean felt she shouldn't be allowed to continue to operate because you know.... No no one knows why anyone would do these things and endanger the lives of many people on a regular basis. But he did. This woman's FedEx trucks were repeatedly vandalized, including the cutting of her brake lines, various hoses, electrical systems, fuel lines etc etc. Her load charts were changed so it was incredibly difficult to find anything in the truck and deliver the stops in a timely fashion. Her maps were just garbage and consistently changed. Not by Kelly or rolly or anyone else but by Dean. People at her business were solicited to complain and cause problems for her everyday. 2 of her employees were approached and told they would be given the contract if they could get rid of her. She was banned from fyda by the sales department so she was unable to have warranty work down on brand new freightliners. Freightliners that had cut coolant lines and fluid pouring out from intentional vandalism. As if these things weren't enough she's then a victim in her own home by someone putting metal shavings in her food and she almost died from them ripping apart her stomach and intestines. Just like my mom...how funny huh? And similar to my former co worker... Thank captain obvious Sahli. Captain of the sinking ship known as FedEx ground. Oh captain my captain why won't you just quit. Now this is an interesting detail. Shellys son is a manager for I believe Norfolk southern, and he had just about had it with what people were doing to his mother. Hint hint train derailment coming up next choo choo....so I fixes what I could had her daily service score up to a 98 but that was with me running 3 routes and working 104 hours in one week. So as an expert in the shipping Industry this servicing her area from the terminals location, while following state laws and Federal dot requirements, was simply not feasible. Now mike and Jeff both know this but Dean doesn't really care because he's not qualified to work there so instead of doing something right he just forged whatever he could and went about his own personal agenda in harassing his friends ex wife while making public highways unsafe with overworked drivers and loads of hos violations. Probably enough in that one building alone to pull their motor carrier and shut FedEx ground down. So let's get back to me. At the end of August when dean's orders to the employees of that building failed to produce any results and get rid of me I suddenly get very sick. Coughing and coughing and coughing... I end my time there and head home to cough and lay in bed dying. I can hardly stand up. My mother takes me to a walk in. I get inhalers and antibiotics. They do no good. Another week goes by. I'm oferes a job in Wisconsin to start at the end of September for a linehaul contractor and I'm still sick. My son trucks me into going to the hamot hospital. First they give me an EKG? For bronchitis? Oh no no...they give me more antibiotics inhalers and I go home. Still not better and then I find my medicine tote. I'm a hoarder of antibiotics. I Hate going to a doctor so I will take anyone's old pills, even your dogs just so I don't have to go to a doctor. I open up the box and bingo Tequin....I take one pill. The next morning I'm packing my car and by that evening heading to Oshkosh WI. Now what do you think I h
