“Took my 2023 Highlander in for its one year service and check up. I was greeted by a service advisor. He listened to my requests (oil change/tire rotation/warranty issues) asked if I would wait for my car, I had a ride, left my car with him. I was called about two hours later, was explained about work done and told my car was ready. I returned, my service advisor recognized me, came to me, had me sign the paperwork, called for a rep to bring my car up, which was done promptly. My car was cleaner than when I brought it in, I visually inspected my wheels (no scratches) my car sides (no dents) I always want my vehicle returned in the condition I dropped it off in. I am a satisfied customer.”

He will never take advantage of you and recommend fixing only what is necessary and never anything not needed. Just yesterday my car broke down on the side of the road with a engine misfire and he fixed my car in 2 hours of being towed to his shop and I can not remember the last time my car has been sounding and driving this well.”

“We were heading from Chicago to Buffalo traveling on Friday 5th of July on the holiday weekend through Ohio when we started hearing a screeching noise coming from under the hood. We stopped for the night and it was the air conditioning compressor, Saturday morning I checked with a couple local shops and they all said leave it 0until Monday. We prepared to turn back and head home to Michigan when we came across Joe's garage. I pulled in talked with Dean and asked could we fix it eought to get me back home, he said let me call on parts quoted me a price and he then started and working on my Jeep around noon and we were back on the road by 3:30pm. Thank you everyone involved we traveled another 3500 miles and just returned home. The price was very easy to pay I was thinking much more. Thank you again. The air is like a meat locker it works very well.”

What really stood out to me was the paintwork. My car has a pretty unique color/shimmer, and they matched it perfectly. I couldn’t believe how seamless it looked—it honestly looked just like the original paint. They clearly take a lot of pride in getting the details right.
I was also out of the country for three weeks, and they had to hold onto my car for over a week and a half. They stored it securely at no extra charge, which I really appreciated. And when I came to pick it up, not only had they washed the exterior, but I also noticed they cleaned up the inside of the car too—a really thoughtful touch.
All in all, I’m really happy with the work they did and how they treated me throughout the process. Definitely recommend this location if you’re looking for quality repairs and a team that goes the extra mile.”
