“Took my 2023 Highlander in for its one year service and check up. I was greeted by a service advisor. He listened to my requests (oil change/tire rotation/warranty issues) asked if I would wait for my car, I had a ride, left my car with him. I was called about two hours later, was explained about work done and told my car was ready. I returned, my service advisor recognized me, came to me, had me sign the paperwork, called for a rep to bring my car up, which was done promptly. My car was cleaner than when I brought it in, I visually inspected my wheels (no scratches) my car sides (no dents) I always want my vehicle returned in the condition I dropped it off in. I am a satisfied customer.”

“My son had his 2005 Toyota RAV serviced here. The end determination is that the vehicle was not worth fixing due to age and other issues. I had to drive in from Mid-Michigan to tow the vehicle home. I could not make the trip for a few days so they allowed me to park the vehicle on their lot. When I showed up to retrieve the vehicle I was in the lot trying to figure my best course of action when their staff actually came outside and assisted me in moving the RAV (wasn’t running), loading the RAV on a trailer and getting me back on my way home. The staff was polite, professional and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks for the help!

“Just picked up our 12th (or is it 13th) Subaru and have to give credit to our salesperson Roger, as well as the rest of the staff in making the selection, and ultimately the sale as smooth as possible.
I used to think that Saturn had the greatest sales techniques and follow up, but where are they today? Ken Ganley Westside Imports does an equal or better job and has an impressive inventory and truly Subaru knowledgeable sales people.
We got the deal we were looking for, nearly twice as much off as our local dealer was offering. Vehicle was ready when promised, spotlessly detailed and received a thorough review of features. If you’re in the market for a Subaru (and you should be), this dealership is worth considering.”

“I just had a 5 star experience here. This was my first visit. I had an issue with my exhaust pipe, so loud almost undrivable. Tony took me right in and said I could wait while the repair was completed. For the next hour or so I watched him run his business…. he does s great job and talks directly to each customer that comes in. After just one visit I can honestly say that Tony and his staff are the most hard working and honest group I have ever encountered at an auto repair shop. And by the way, his prices are amazingly reasonable too. It is not a big fancy shop but it is a darn good shop and these guys will get all my business in the future. Its nice to know you have a mechanic that you can trust and I am so happy to have found this place. I only give reviews like this when they are deserved. “I was in the area for some paperwork, and it's hard to drive by and not stop. As soon as I walked in, I made sure it was clear I was not there to waste anyones time, and am not in a position to purchase anything at the time. I also verified my car wasn't in the way, as I just parked out front. Axel greeted me with a smile, shook my hand, and spent two hours with me as I meandered and examined the specimens of art they had on display. The dealership is under new ownership, and although I have always had positive experiences at this location, I have never experienced such a warm welcome. Do keep in mind that I arrived at 0915 on a Wednesday. I assume this isn't prime Rolls Royce or Aston Martin purchase time. In the past there were very few Rolls Royces on the premises, but I could see more just in the lot than they ever had all together. Curious, I asked if they had a Cullinan- the first all wheel drive RR vehicle, a $400,000 luxury tank. He took me to the back to see an absolutely stunning black on black example. He walked with me from the back forward, through all the Rolls models (which I am less familiar with), and we spent quite a bit of time with the Astons. We went out and chatted about my daily, and then wrapped up with the Bentleys. Axel is a great conversationalist and a truly excellent representative of Aston Martin's understated elegance, luxury, and performance. He was very welcoming for me to sit in any of the vehicles, but I had a hard time with that. Although I couldn't pass up the chance to sit in a Cullinan, I was not worthy to soil the Alcantara of those Astons. After using the restroom (I was here for two hours), I walked the lot to check out the other vehicles about, and came back to a wonderful surprise in my passenger seat. In 40 years, when I am at the end of a terminal illness and cashing out my investments- I'll be driving away in one of these.”

“I had a great experience with Gerber Collision. The team was super friendly and kept me updated every step of the way. I was honestly really impressed with how quickly they got everything done—the turnaround time was much faster than I expected.
What really stood out to me was the paintwork. My car has a pretty unique color/shimmer, and they matched it perfectly. I couldn’t believe how seamless it looked—it honestly looked just like the original paint. They clearly take a lot of pride in getting the details right.
I was also out of the country for three weeks, and they had to hold onto my car for over a week and a half. They stored it securely at no extra charge, which I really appreciated. And when I came to pick it up, not only had they washed the exterior, but I also noticed they cleaned up the inside of the car too—a really thoughtful touch.
All in all, I’m really happy with the work they did and how they treated me throughout the process. Definitely recommend this location if you’re looking for quality repairs and a team that goes the extra mile.”
