“My husband and I visited on 2/21/26 in the evening, I tried scanning the barcode on receipt to leave review but it did not work ? I just had to leave a review somewhere though based on the EXCEPTIONAL service we received from the two gentlemen who helped us. We were in the market for a gaming laptop, but ended up leaving with 2 laptops, a lap tray, a mouse, and a Best Buy Total membership! The young man who checked us out (I believe his name started with a C) was very knowledgeable and gave us all the details on what that membership includes (EVERYONE should get on board with it, had no idea there were so many perks!) he helped us find the right accessories and made sure the computers were exactly what we were looking for. Earlier in the visit and associate named AJ was also helpful in directing us and answering our first few questions. Would visit again for our tech needs!”
