“I was requested to review this facility. It's open with a lot of space. I like that they have chest in an area shoulders in an area etc. They kept a lot of the old equipment that was a plus. They had their make over a while ago 2021-2023. They have 3 power platforms as well as 4 Smith machines
I rated it a9 overall..6 taking bed 2 hydro chairs 2 massage chairs. A lot to like here!”

“Orangetheory is probably the best thing I've ever done for both my physical and mental health. This studio is great, with knowledgeable coaches and an awesome community among the members. The workouts are challenging if you want them to be, but can also be adjusted for almost any level of fitness. Cannot recommend OTF enough!”
