“Had blinds put in my all seasons patio. All I can say is they make the room look updated. Very professional job. Took extra care to make sure mounting was sturdy since patio panels are often flimsy and thin. If I went DIY it would be cheaper but it's best to leave it to a professional installer and much nicer finish.”

“I cannot recommend Sapphire Pear and Sean/Kaitlyn high enough!! I worked with Sean and Kaitlyn to set up an apartment I needed for work in the Cleveland area, where I'm staying part time. They were very attentive to the concept I was hoping to achieve and very efficient in selecting pieces to review along with providing the overall vision and aesthetic I was going for while also staying budget conscious. When it came time to deliver and set everything up, we got hit by the worst winter storm in a very long time.
A week before everything was supposed to be delivered and set up, a pipe broke in the apartment flooding the master bedroom, bathroom and part of the dining/living room and I was unable to get there to see how bad it was or to begin to clean things up. Sean and Kaitlyn immediately went over to the unit, moved the things that were in harms way, and took pictures to help me document the damage. Later that week, they went back to the apartment to ensure the clean up had taken place and to check my electronics (not what they ordered) to ensure everything was working properly. The following week, on move in day, another pipe burst at 4am flooding generally the same area but with even more water. They went over, worked with the maintenance crew to get the clean up started, and then worked around them all day to get the furniture moved in and get the apartment ready for me to begin living in it.
Sapphire Pear (and specifically Sean and Kaitlyn) went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with the outcome and fix the issues that had come up through no fault of their own. I think anyone would be hard pressed to find a team that is so committed to ensuring their clients satisfaction that they're willing to fight through a flood and maintenance crews traipsing through the place while trying to move everything in and put everything away. Oh, and their communication was fantastic throughout the entire process!! They've earned my business (and appreciation) on anything else I need design/decorator services on, and I'm positive whoever uses them will receive the same level of care and professionalism.”

“I have purchased several items from Brian's Furniture over the years. A custom made solid oak TV stand , a Smith Brothers couch and chair. Solid oak TV stand is 22 years old and still in great shape. The couch and chair are 15 years old ; used daily and show no wear and tear in the fabric. They came with a lifetime warranty on the cushions and after 15 years that daily use was showing in their resilience. We contacted Brian's and they ordered new cushions which when they arrived Brian's helped us swap-out. Brian's is friendly with great service and top of the line products.”

“I went to Lazy-Boy to take advantage of their Labor Day sale. Chris helped me find a new loveseat for my den. He was so patient! Showed me every sofa that could be made into a loveseat. There were seven! Then he helped me narrow down the choices. He listened carefully to the things that were important to me. He was amazing at his job!
After I got home, I decided I had picked the wrong color. I called and made arrangements to go back and change it. This time Tony helped me. Again, extremely patient and helpful. It’s been a long time since I’ ve been so impressed with a sales staff anywhere!! (I’m in sales myself!)
