Unprofessional and inattentive service. Went in to get a shirt and no hello, no nothing. I looked over towards an employee for help, and instead of helping me, they went over to tie their shoe instead then chit chat with their co workers.

The MANAGER JORDAN HAD 10/10 customer service. She was beyond nice and even though she didn’t have what I wanted she showed me a very close alternative and had a great conversation with me. I love her energy and loved her attitude. 10/10 experience

This store should close down :( Girl couldnt get shirts to ring up correctly buy one get one so she called manager over who was so rude and nasty to us that I had to walk out and take my $150 I was spending elsewhere. 12/17/2022 12:45PM I hope enough people will read this and go to another place or order online. A store that has people like this working for them should not be in business.

So many options of Converse I'm the store which is why we went. Love the diverse selection. I feel it has improved. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

I came in to purchased my daughter some shoes and we got helped by Gianni. I could not be more happy with her she is so patient and such a great help I recommend her to anyone that comes in she will be a great help :)

Alyssa was the absolute greatest!!! I came in to exchange my converse for a different size and she was so helpful in searching for what I needed at another store. I hope she receives the recognition she deserves for being such a great worker and having amazing customer service skills :) thank you for all your help girl!!

The store manager Maddie is so disrespectful & rude. One star review is too much. Bad management will ruin an establishment & the company should be ashamed to have her as an employee! I would rather drive an hour to a different location.
