Product selection is top notch and usually in stock. I love the non preasure felling shoping here where you can browse your favorite pets you may want to purchase in the future but always have a friendly knowledgeable staff member available when you have questions about the pet your interested in. Can't say enough nice things about this store. Worth your time to check them out if your in need of pet supplies.

23844 Lorain Rd, North OlmstedWe recently relocated to the NE Ohio area and I passed Tip of the Tail Grooming one day and decided to give them a try. Renee and her staff are so awesome. They truly care about your pups like they are their own! From the cute bandanas, the attention to detail while grooming & the nice pics she sends while she has your baby in her care. I cannot recommend her and her salon enough. My standard poodle has never looked better!

My son referred me to Animal Health Center and I was absolutely impressed with my entire experience. Everyone is so welcoming! Dr. Baumann is such a warm, caring, and knowledgeable vet! My dog was thoroughly checked over and was not rushed out like our previous veterinary practice would have. All of our questions were answered and I left knowing my dog was going to be okay. I highly recommend this practice. I’m so happy we found it?

Checked him out and figured out he had a disc problem, she gave him some steroids and he got better. We thought he was a gonner but he's so much better. If you need a vet see Dr. V.

27529 Lorain Rd, North OlmstedMy ragdoll kitten Pudding was neutered and received shots here. They did an excellent job, I couldn't even tell he got neutered because the incision was done so well.
They were very thorough with the after care instructions and made sure I was comfortable with everything before taking him home. He received great care here and I thank them for taking such good care of him.
It was a good experience and I highly recommend them!

26703 Brookpark Ext, North OlmstedGreat Bagels here . Staff was pleasant and came to my table to see if everything was to my liking after it was delivered. It certainly was!!! I like my bagels well well well toasted....in case you misunderstood that, I like them well toasted when eating with cream cheese. I don't like eating soft squishy bagels with cream cheese and I eat the bagel as a meal. They understood my request and they delivered!! It's been a very long time since I last enjoyed a bagel prepared to my liking. West side restaurateurs just don't get it and treat bagel orders like a soggy sandwich. Many bagel places (and there are not a lot on west side), they are so busy trying to fill orders that toasted to them means a little bit of heat on the bagels. Not here. They toasted it very well. It made my entire experience pleasant. I was glad to see the place filled with people and they even had a group get-together which added to the ambience of the place....it was hopping for a Sunday afternoon. Not sure if they sell bagels by the quantity...it's more of a place to sit and enjoy your bagel. Will be returning to get my bagel fix.

Then went with the black mussels and crawfish, along with the andouille sausage and the complimentary corn and potato. Everything was great. The service was good, they refilled drinks every time they were low and asked if we needed anything. I felt so welcomed and happy. The decor is good, feels like I'm down at the bayou again. My only critique would be the lobster bisque. Not my favorite. Overall, 5/5!
