Bought a bed for my son. Mattress, box spring, frame. Salesman was very nice. We knew what we needed. I was there to buy and wasn't going to haggle over pricing. They delivered faster than expected. The service was great. We have more beds to purchase. We'll definitely be returning

I bought my mattress five years ago and I still have it and it’s still holding up. I will be back very soon to buy another bedroom set for myself i hope and pray it holds up like the first one

This place deserves every single one of these stars and then some! My husband and I had been putting off upgrading to a king-sized bed because we were so sure that it was going to be a pain to shop for one. We had braced ourselves for a long day possibly full of disagreements and detailed discussions about things like firmness, brand, financing, delivery, etc. OMF was the first and only place we went -- and we walked out the door happy within about 15 minutes, total, our new mattress delivered and set up and ready to be slept on in less than a week. Ryan, the store manager, was a delight to work with, giving us all the info we needed but never upselling us or pressuring us. He answered all of our questions, anticipated some that we didn't think to ask, and left us to make our own decision without a watchful sales eye (I hate when places keep an eagle eye on you while you try to figure things out!) I loved that they don't have a TON of mattresses to choose from -- just a few, locally made, on a firmness scale so that you can easily determine which ones you think you want to try and which ones not to bother with. We went with the second firmest option, with the springs, and a frame without a headboard (though Ryan let us know that they can pretty easily be attached later, if we want to buy one from OMF or elsewhere). Our mattress and bed were delivered the next weekend. Communication was easy and helpful, and the guys who made the delivery were speedy and skilled, navigating our narrow staircase without a single ding or dent in the walls. Our new bed is SO COMFORTABLE, & we absolutely adore it. Can't recommend OMF highly enough!

Worst mattress we have ever owned. After 6 years both my wife and I have terrible back and hip pain from sleeping on this thing. I'd be better off sleeping on the ground. Now it will go in the trash. AVOID!

The OMF is the only place to buy a great mattress or 'combo set' (mattress & box spring)! We walked in here and were immediately impressed with the customer service, selection, and affordable price ranges (good value). We ordered combo sets for us, and our daughter, and were told that product availability and delivery were much sooner than we thought. Athena, our no pressure sales person, was very professional and helpful, and made the whole process painless. These are the hallmarks of a great company that cares about their customers, and they are a local Cleveland company to boot!

Purchased from the North Olmsted store. The sales person, David Phillips was great. He helped with all my questions. The delivery by Matt and Jason went without a problem. They were in and out in a half hour. They cleaned up and were very helpful and polite. Would highly recommend and go see David.

For at least the third time in the last 30 years we bought a mattress from Original Mattress Factory. The salesman might have been the same one we bought the last one from over 10 years ago. He was courteous and efficient. We had some concerns about the height of a new thicker mattress and the drawers in our headboard. He tipped us off to an even lower support than we had seen on the website (yes; we shopped ahead of time). It even cost a bit less. We had gone to the website, made a selection. Followed their advice and when we got to the store we spent a few minutes on our selection. Spent a few more minutes on our second choice, and that became our first choice. We are quite pleased with the mattress. I have to say something about the delivery, though. They called the day before to tell us that it was coming the day it was originally/hopefully promised. They called a few minutes before arriving. They took the old mattress and box spring out. Brought in the new one and the new sub frame. Got them up the stairs and in place, without scuffing the recently painted stairway wall(!!). The process was impressively and efficiently done. Compared to some of the other stuff we've had done around the house lately this was noticeable. Obviously we're very pleased.

I love my new bed!!! I’m so glad I went with the Original Mattress Factory!! I added a fluffy mattress topper from BB&B for my firm mattress. Perfect combination!
