“About a month or 2 ago I realized I had a nail stuck in my tire after leaving a Sunday brunch... so I was at the mercy of the closest & open-on-a-Sunday tire shop.
Because they closed in about an hour I was prepared for the minimum level service since there were just two dudes working at the time.
These guys took great care of my situation and didn't make me feel rushed or like I was inconveniencing them. Everything was handled professionally and I was out the door with all new tires (much needed for the tread alone, by the way!) in an hour!
This was a DOUBLE WIN because in Cleveland the snow just stopped falling so the amount of accidents I have avoided with these new tires was beyond worth it!
Sorry I can't remember their names, I should've put this review in earlier... it was a taller red head dude & a shorter guy with brown hair & glasses that helped me

Stopped at NTB 30 min before closing, they said they could get it done. Got me in and totally taken care of in less than 30 min. Definitely recommend this location.”
