“I brought my 2009 Impreza in for a full synthetic oil change and the AAA inspection service they were offering to all their customers, including a tire rotation. They also drove the car through the car wash next door. This was a really good deal for 89.99. My car inspected out pretty well, I only need to schedule a gear oil replacement for the front and back. As I’ve written before this is my favorite care repair facility. You can count on them to perform service competently for a fair price.Services: Tire rotations”

“Jay is top notch. I've been using him on multiple vehicles for over 15 years and always had a great experience but this week he really blew me away. He went above and beyond to attempting to detect a drivetrain issue. Though he was admittedly and humbly stumped on my issue, he took it upon himself to contact a local drivetrain expert. He charged me NOTHING for the multiple hours (over days) he put into trying to figure out my issue. You do not encounter honestly like this very often anymore. He restored my faith in humanity and was truly a godsend in the remedy for my situation. I will continue to refer him to any and everyone that will listen. It only takes a few moments of dealing with him to know he is not your average mechanic shop.”

He went through a great deal of work to bring it to within my financial means. I left to discuss with my bank manager of some thirty years. When I left the bank I had no intention to purchase due to the cost of the bumper-to-bumper warranty. I texted my decision to Ed and he responded that he was able to reduce the price to within my means. I returned to the dealership and purchased the vehicle. “I was in the area for some paperwork, and it's hard to drive by and not stop. As soon as I walked in, I made sure it was clear I was not there to waste anyones time, and am not in a position to purchase anything at the time. I also verified my car wasn't in the way, as I just parked out front. Axel greeted me with a smile, shook my hand, and spent two hours with me as I meandered and examined the specimens of art they had on display. The dealership is under new ownership, and although I have always had positive experiences at this location, I have never experienced such a warm welcome. Do keep in mind that I arrived at 0915 on a Wednesday. I assume this isn't prime Rolls Royce or Aston Martin purchase time. In the past there were very few Rolls Royces on the premises, but I could see more just in the lot than they ever had all together. Curious, I asked if they had a Cullinan- the first all wheel drive RR vehicle, a $400,000 luxury tank. He took me to the back to see an absolutely stunning black on black example. He walked with me from the back forward, through all the Rolls models (which I am less familiar with), and we spent quite a bit of time with the Astons. We went out and chatted about my daily, and then wrapped up with the Bentleys. Axel is a great conversationalist and a truly excellent representative of Aston Martin's understated elegance, luxury, and performance. He was very welcoming for me to sit in any of the vehicles, but I had a hard time with that. Although I couldn't pass up the chance to sit in a Cullinan, I was not worthy to soil the Alcantara of those Astons. After using the restroom (I was here for two hours), I walked the lot to check out the other vehicles about, and came back to a wonderful surprise in my passenger seat. In 40 years, when I am at the end of a terminal illness and cashing out my investments- I'll be driving away in one of these.”
