“Huge shoutout to James and Li at Pro Automotives! I brought my Mazda 6 in to get the front and back brake pads, rotors, and calipers replaced, and they got the job done amazingly fast. They genuinely care about getting your vehicle running safely without trying to upcharge you or push 'extra' services you don't actually need. They were also genuinely easy to communicate with honestly the best communication I’ve ever had from an auto shop. It’s so hard to find honest mechanics, but these guys are the real deal. Highly recommend!”

“We were on a little road trip when our tire blew. We made it off the highway and the first and closest thing we stumbled across related to cars was this place. They went above and beyond to get us back on the road safely. They had no more deliveries for the day, so they sent one of their office staff to get the tires we needed. They got us together as quick as they possibly could. I mean the effort they put in for my family, I can't even put into words how blown away I am that they were so friendly and cared so much. He's dedicated to helping me find and fix the current issues with the oil leak. He's comforting and kind and that makes a huge difference in other mechanics I've been to. “I just had a 5 star experience here. This was my first visit. I had an issue with my exhaust pipe, so loud almost undrivable. Tony took me right in and said I could wait while the repair was completed. For the next hour or so I watched him run his business…. he does s great job and talks directly to each customer that comes in. After just one visit I can honestly say that Tony and his staff are the most hard working and honest group I have ever encountered at an auto repair shop. And by the way, his prices are amazingly reasonable too. It is not a big fancy shop but it is a darn good shop and these guys will get all my business in the future. Its nice to know you have a mechanic that you can trust and I am so happy to have found this place. I only give reviews like this when they are deserved. “So my last oil change Dan the service associate gave me a print out on the recommendations for my 2020 GMC Terrain, the total was $2000 + dollars, at 106k, rear brakes & rotors, filters, transfer case fluids, injectors, etc… I thought I should get these addressed, it the first time major maintenance has been suggested…
The total was less than quoted and I feel more comfortable driving the vehicle, I could have taken the vehicle for the maintenance elsewhere, but Morris GMC has never tried to dip into my pockets, they are trained professionals at every level… I recommend there dealership for sales, service & even fellowship…

“I’m kind of late in writing this review, as I moved to Florida a few months ago. I came to know about Bill through a friend in Cleveland. Even though he was dealing with his wife’s illness and frequent emergency hospital visits at the time, he still managed to fit me in for an emergency appointment after I called him the day before I had to drive from Cleveland to Florida.
He correctly diagnosed and fixed my car, and I had absolutely no issues with it during the long journey to Florida. I really appreciate his willingness to help me on such short notice and thank him for his honest work.

“I was in the area for some paperwork, and it's hard to drive by and not stop. As soon as I walked in, I made sure it was clear I was not there to waste anyones time, and am not in a position to purchase anything at the time. I also verified my car wasn't in the way, as I just parked out front. Axel greeted me with a smile, shook my hand, and spent two hours with me as I meandered and examined the specimens of art they had on display. The dealership is under new ownership, and although I have always had positive experiences at this location, I have never experienced such a warm welcome. Do keep in mind that I arrived at 0915 on a Wednesday. I assume this isn't prime Rolls Royce or Aston Martin purchase time. In the past there were very few Rolls Royces on the premises, but I could see more just in the lot than they ever had all together. Curious, I asked if they had a Cullinan- the first all wheel drive RR vehicle, a $400,000 luxury tank. He took me to the back to see an absolutely stunning black on black example. He walked with me from the back forward, through all the Rolls models (which I am less familiar with), and we spent quite a bit of time with the Astons. We went out and chatted about my daily, and then wrapped up with the Bentleys. Axel is a great conversationalist and a truly excellent representative of Aston Martin's understated elegance, luxury, and performance. He was very welcoming for me to sit in any of the vehicles, but I had a hard time with that. Although I couldn't pass up the chance to sit in a Cullinan, I was not worthy to soil the Alcantara of those Astons. After using the restroom (I was here for two hours), I walked the lot to check out the other vehicles about, and came back to a wonderful surprise in my passenger seat. In 40 years, when I am at the end of a terminal illness and cashing out my investments- I'll be driving away in one of these.”
“It's like a lower 4 i haven't washed it like they said. Today I go to whipe the bugs off the There so many bumps that I know it will start peeling one day. And a paint mark on my hood that wasn't there prior ? I'm happy that it looks back to normal. They did a great job. But the paint job?”

“I stopped by today to prepay for gas, and the station was clean, organized, and well-maintained. Unfortunately, as soon as I walked in, I witnessed something upsetting.
A customer was standing at the counter with his phone shoved across the register, recording the employee while speaking to him in a hostile and disrespectful manner. From what I overheard, the issue seemed to be about a receipt, but the employee was doing everything he could to understand the concern and calmly resolve it. The employee was speaking English, but he had a strong accent. Despite that, he was communicating clearly and making every effort to help. He remained patient, polite, and professional throughout the entire interaction.
The customer repeatedly interrupted him and didn’t seem interested in letting him solve the problem. From what I witnessed, it seemed like he recognized the employee’s accent and used it to dominate the conversation instead of giving him a fair chance to resolve the issue. It felt as though he was more interested in provoking a reaction while recording than in finding a solution.
This experience made me reflect on what’s wrong with our country today. Too many people are quick to judge or dismiss someone because they have an accent or come from a different background. Every person deserves to be treated with dignity and respect, especially when they’re simply trying to do their job.
I wanted to leave this review because I think it’s important to recognize how well this employee handled such an uncomfortable situation. He showed patience, professionalism, and remarkable self-control despite being treated unfairly. I hope management knows they have someone who represents their business with integrity, and I hope this employee knows that many customers noticed his kindness and appreciated the way he handled a very difficult situation.
This went on for at least 15 minutes the patience the clerk had was remarkable.”
