“GREAT STORE WITH HONEST EMPLOYEES!! On 6/22 Me, my Daughter and my Fiancee visited this location just to browse around and apparently, my fiancee misplaced her wallet while browsing . We get Home and after noticing it was missing that night we tore the house apart looking for her Wallet. My Fiancee was in tears obviously upset about her mistake as we came up empty handed. The next day (6/23) we called the mall and talked to Security and they said nobody turned the wallet in. Starting to lose hope I went up to my mall to retrace our steps and landed back in FYE after going 0 for 2 with other stores. We walked in FYE and 3 ladies greeted us and we spoke to a woman named Gianna (who was shift manager) and told her my situation and she smiled wide and said "I've been waiting for you" and reassured us that it was locked in a safe once turned in. She immediately saw the relief in our faces and her smile grew wider and we couldn't thank them enough! They EASILY could've kept it , threw it away etc but they chose Honesty!! I can't speak for EVERY FYE location but North Olmsted location is a great store with great people and have a customer for life.”
“Needed a usb keyboard to access bios to clone an old drive to an ssd. Had what I needed and weren’t rude about it like the local Pc repair shop I tried earlier lol”
“Very helpful workers. At least 2 or 3 employees were helping my grandchildren shop. The employees were showing them things, giving suggestions all with great patients. As busy as it was the workers were very kind and patient.”
“There’s so many reasons to love Five Below! I’m so happy that when I decided to do a DIY gift basket that this is where I went! I was able to find so many amazing goods to make a “spa” basket to gift the winner of games at my bridal shower!Everything pictured is from Five Below with the exception of the candle I picked up the Marshalls in Westgate.Terrific customer service and I even found a few cute things for myself while I was there!(Ignore the mess in the background, that’s all the decor for my shower!)”
“Very clean and organized, we always get greeted when ever we go . So far I've seen very nice employee's . My kids love five and below because they always find the things the kids are into now in days so thats awesome . No lie Im always stuck in 5 and below even when I don't need nothing because I always fine something to buy . I know people talk about the prices going up but I still see a lot of good deals still my go to store for gifts .”

“Pricey$$$$. However, I must say that I spent at least 2 hours in the store wanting to spend $200 or more. shirts, toy pickles ? that tickles.rings for your toung,toes and most parts with ?️. stuffed ? that plush. Chuckie dolls hanging high! so much stuff but nun I buy?”
“They had a lot of stuff, so the store itself was fine, but the workers were a little weird. They didn’t even want to check me out and just told me to use the self-checkout instead. Kinda killed the whole vibe.”

“I was here on Pokemon day. Though the attendance was poor the staff where very kind to me. They even gave me a chair while I was at the table and colored. Very kind people and very open to casual discussions.”
