“I normally don't go this far to a dollar stores but ive noticed that in the inner city of CLEVELAND our stores are much smaller than the heights stores and they have way more $1.25 items than us????? and they are clean and your in and out. Plus the casino is across the street. Jack you better give me some off my money back?? Great store.”

“Due to the lack of employees in the recent past shelves were not stocked. But it's getting Much better...Here's a tip:::If you don't see what you want on the shelf, ask someone who works there, if they have it out back BC They Probably do. Employees are very nice and easy to talk to. Like I said before The store is looking better and being stocked. I am kind of bias tho' bc I shop there ALL THE TIME. I only gave 4 stars bc of the few empty shelves. Employees are very pleasant and are willing to help in any way.”

“I've been to this Dollar tree several times! I can say that I have never had any issues. The parking lot used to be horrible with potholes but they have filled them and expanded a lot. Never really any issues with parking and it has been getting pretty packed in there! The cashiers normally are great, however, sometimes they can be slow. I see no reason not to visit again. I can always find what I need.”

“I think this is one of the better family dollars in the region. I moved into the neighborhood from 3 hours south and Cleveland was entirely new to me but this was a store I frequented during my 8 months up there and never had any problems or issues here. It has everything you could possibly need at such a store and the prices are pretty consistent with other Family Dollars. The wider neighborhood isn’t great. If you’re passing through and not familiar with it then I recommend keep on going until you’re in a better neighborhood but if your from the area or familiar with east Cleveland than this is a fairly decent Family Solar.”

“What a wonderful team !!! So polite and kind .. I bring my autistic grandson in once a month to shop and practice life skills and the staff at this Dollar General are the best I have ever seen. “Would have gave them a five but I gave them a 4 because they had me sitting out there until 9: 45A.M. the sign say they open up at 10A.M.even someone else was sitting out there N thier car waiting, I,m thinking they open up at 10 the door was partially open,for the employees,I Asummed, so I decide to pull off & go on home then the person that was waiting in her car next to me got out & went in so I decided to back it up & go in,I ask them what time do they open & they say nine I don't think they should have false advertisement sign saying they open up at 10 & they don't. But that's how the black neighborhood stores are,”

“I stopped by the dollar tree in Solon and this is one the biggest stores I've been too. They have a lot of decorative items that I haven't seen at other stores. Well stocked and they were still sticking the shelves while I was there. The associates were really helpful too.”

“This location actually stays open until the time listed as their closing time! How it should be! The employees are very friendly and personable, we had a great conversation. They don’t push people out near closing like most locations employees do. This DG also has a nice produce little section! Most locations DO NOT HAVE THIS. The toy section is also a lot nicer than most stores have! 10/10 would recommend this location to others. ☺️”

“The best Family Dollar of all. It is my neighbor hood store. The manager and staff are very helpful .and friendly, more like my "Family" than staff. Shelves stre always fully stocked and the store is always clean, inside and out. If they don't have what you want, the manager will try to get it from another store. Prices are great and if you download their app, you will get money saving coupons. I Highly recommend this store, you will leave with a smile on your face and an "I'll be back" attitude.”

“It’s the only store in the area for us locals to shop it’s not a bad store when fully stocked they need more staff also the company needs to repair the ac in the building its extremely hot on there to expect somebody to work under those conditions is cruel. “This is the cleanest most organized Dollar Tree I have ever been to. It's refreshing to shop without the clutter. The products are displayed beautifully leaving everything at your fingertips. The staff could turn up the welcoming energy a notch. I felt like I was intruding by being there as they were more wrapped up in private conversations and a little cold. However, I will say I was given a warm farewell at checkout. Hopefully it was just a bad day.”

“Staff is very friendly but be aware they will ask you to leave your belongings behind the counter if you have big bags so don't take this personally this is a high theft area and they are instructed to this.. Otherwise you should be able to enjoy the rest of your shopping experience as every thing is where it should and if not there is always available staff to help assist customers with any needs and concerns.”

“This one on Broadway and southgate is the best the one on e143 and kinsman those young girls and that one lady Mr need to go to a class on how to talk to your customers correct. If they were in a white neighborhood they would act different I spend slot of money in family dollar.and the store on e130 and buckeye those young girl don't have any respect I raised my daughter well. But family dollar is going to lose alot of business because of these kids with attitude just look in your cameras and listen to your audio. Give that job to someone who needs it thank-you”
