“Great location and selection of items. Just wish they didn’t close at 8pm. When I was there at 7:45pm last night several cars pulled in at the same time so seems like your clients are telling you 8pm is too early. Outside of that good location and never disappoints.”
“Heinen’s is one of the best local grocery stores you’ll ever find. Lots of locally sourced foods, lots of quality and wholesome ingredients, all at more affordable prices compared to the bigger chain stores. The employees are always friendly and helpful, and my kids enjoy getting a free cookie at the bakery! And the twinsburg Heinen’s is one of my top favorite Heinen’s to visit, because of how nice, cohesive, and organized the store is. May be weird it’s a reason I will never move away, but having a grocery store like Heinen’s close by is for sure a game changer!”

“What a nice little coffee spot. It's quaint, cute, and the pricing isn't astronomical for being a small locally owned coffee/tea spot. A lot of the other locally owned shops are a little over priced for what they are. I felt that the quality matched the price point. The service is great, the atmosphere is nice, and the drink selection features some classics as well as a few fun twists. Worth a stop in Pburg.”
“I've been coming to the Mayfield Village location for years. The store is very clean with helpful staff. The shelves have the products all brought towards the front of the shelf. It's a rare occasion when you see a food product you need and you have to reach all the way towards the back of the shelf to get it out.I tried the new self check out today. I don't mind using self check out and even though some people think stores will totally go away with having cashiers, I disagree. Heinens will always have cashiers. The new self check out is easy to use and payment is only credit card and I believe you can pay using a Heinens gift card at the stations too. There's a Heinens employee in the self check out area if you need help.The prices are slightly higher, but I believe the quality of food is still exceptional ?”
“This store has lots of products that you won't see anywhere else. Heinens makes their own healthy products. The managers are very helpful and their delivery service is quite efficient and friendly. They keep trying to do better and appreciate suggestions.”

“I like Aldi's, sometimes produce items are out of stock but if you stop back a couple days later it's restocked. But if there is a non-food item you like, buy it when you see it because it probably won't be there when you go back. Go in, grab a box (or bring your recycle bags), fill it up and check out. Simple as that.”
“Everything is always so good! If you have a small gathering, they have a lot of excellent small bites in their frozen section. I bought sushi this week - delicious/nice size portion! The individual burgers are fabulous - after grilling these, you will never buy anything else!”
“For this Aldi's to be in the hood this store is always fully stocked on everything with many items to choose from. Don't sleep on this Aldi's people. Cashiers keep smiling amazing customer service and to the people who stock the shelves, coolers, ect... You do an amazing job. “Low prices, great quality produce, good deals on meats and don't forget the Aldi Finds aisles! Fun, non-food items from shoes to clothing to home decor! These fun finds are only there once and once they're gone...they're gone! No restocking on Aldi Find products so don't think you'll come back tomorrow for them! I love Aldi and shop several times a week!”
“What a great place. The coconut pecan cookies are out of this world. Great place to eat, nice place to shop, easy parking, polite staff. The bakery is a must visit as are the deli/eatery businesses inside. A huge variety of foods are served daily with a nice sitting area. This was my first time visiting but it will not be my last. Can't wait to get some more of the huge chocolate chip cookies and the coconut pecan cookies! Very nice place. I like the security at the doors and on the lot.”

“Once I thought just another inner city grocery store, but they do lottery, pay bills, cash checks, and money orders. They also sell a variety of things from purses to shoe's, appliances for both kitchen and bathroom. The butchers aren't there everyday, but are excellent, willing to supply fresh meat, if not pleased with out front. The best deal is a 10 lb bag of wings for $15, if you don't believe of the savings, try finding that anywhere. Lastly the cashier's have you leaving the store with a smile.”

“I typically only go to Costco for a few things I love.Coffee~Kirtland k cups, the seasonal pumpkin pie, cheesecake, Pho, roasted chicken, turkey pot pie.Today the cheesecake looked odd. Like it wasn't finished. Also almost everyone had an earth quake crack on top. Please don't ruin this beautiful, tasty bargain. It's one reason I got a membership. It has always been a crowd pleaser.Also the burgers in meat department no longer taste as good. I don't buy them anymore for that reason.Giving up letting us use Discover after mid November 2023 is also a big disappointment.Ok I'm done.”

“I went to the hair store there which I love and wish was in a different location. This location is not safe and, people litter so its a mess. However, my last visit, it was actually clean! They may have cracked down on the rift raft and, rid the place of trouble makers. I will be going back only to to to unique hair store because i have been shopping with that guy for years. He is a sweetheart.”
“Usually clean and fully stocked. Their bakery did a great job on holiday cookie trays I ended up using for a work function. The prices can be higher than other area stores, but I will say if you are having difficulty locating something elsewhere they tend to have it. Lastly, their floral/plant area should not be overlooked. It really is underrated in the area. I buy fresh flowers from here weekly!”
“They need more products and more items that people in the community actually need... they are too expensive on some things.. they want 3 bucks for two boxes of jiffy mix, which is ridiculous... the produce is not always fresh. One day, they have what you need, and one day, it is like how are they open. The community needs the store, and the community needs the store to sell more fresh items and things we need.. I shop here because it's conveniently close to my home, but I should not have to leave there to go get simple items such as rice and different beans in a bag. The store also needs to sell more sugar-free and no sugar added items.... also I think some of the cashiers should greet customers as they come in as well as day hello to customers while ringing them out. ?”

“I was afraid to come here based on the reviews. So, I thought I’d share my experience. I was originally given a 10:00 appt time but I could get here by 5:30. Asked for earlier appt. Given 6:15. Checked in at 5:45 and immediately put into door. And done by 7:00. Everyone here is super nice. Docks are tight but no worse than a crowded truck stop. So, just take your time.”

“Hey guys, I have been to this location a couple of times and I love it! Customer service is always good and the lines move fairly quick. Can always find a great bargain and their wine selection is off the chain! Meaning... Really good!! I have to say I like this location out of several that I have been to in surrounding areas. They always seem to be stocked up and you don't have to search all over the place for what you need. I just have nothing bad to say about Aldi's! ??♀️ This location definitely rocks!”
